We had a great stay for a quick getaway with our toddler. The staff were so friendly and responsive. They gave great recommendations as it was our first time in the area. I loved the style of the property and the location couldn’t be beat. The rooms are a little on the small side and we didn’t have a fridge which was slightly inconvenient. But I would definitely return.

It’s a beautiful hotel with a high end feel from the outside. However, in room amenities are minimal at the price point. Definitely not family friendly. Essentially feels like a posh hostel except they give you your own room. Newport has much better properties at this price point. Will definitely not be staying here again

Everything was great except for the shower. Absolutely zero water pressure. The staff was awesome when we had asked to change rooms because of screaming children next to us. Very accommodating and friendly.

Great location and staff. Valet parking was very convenient and the people parking the car super friendly. The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating even with recommendations/directions to local parks for our kids. The room was clean and very nice. It was just a bit small (a king room) and hardly fit a pack n play for our son.

The hotel was in a great location. I enjoyed all the amenities of a new hotel in such a beautiful old city. The water filling stations were great - saved me from having to buy so many water bottles during my short stay in Newport. The walls a bit thin as I could hear a baby crying from 5:00 am each morning. Not the way I would choose to wake up early each day.

The kids at the valet are always welcoming and accommodating…very friendly and polite! Front desk employees as well!
