Excellent hotel. Room was big, had 2 king beds and one of them in a separate room. Good options for breakfast. The kids loved the pool. We had an amazing time.

Breakfast decent, staff nice and helpful. Bed ok, better than most others. Noisy neighbor, but night clerk took care of that (jumping kids above).convent to where we needed to be. Clean room, and bathroom.

We booked through hotels.com for a room with 2 double beds and a pull out couch for our family of 5. When I arrived I checked in, gave him a card for incidentals and was given a key, went to the room to find only a king size bed. I went back down and said I needed a 2 double room and the gentleman apologized and said that they don't get much information from hotels.com reservations. Anyway, he gave us a new room (the one we booked) and we were on our way. We were on a roadtrip, so truly only sleeping there and then leaving first thing in the morning, so we weren't about to complain, but the room had a lighbulb out in the lamp by the couch, the nighstand table attached to the wall was at a serious slant (I was worried my phone might fall off) and the room didn't have any bedding for the pull out couch. We called to the front desk and had them bring us up some bedding.
When we returned home, we found that the hotel had charged us for the night stay (double charging us since we had already paid hotels.com). They are claiming now that we have to call hotels.com and get them to pay them or they will not reverse the charge. This is ridiculous! The hotel is chosing to use hotels.com, they should have to deal with these issues. They also claimed they didn't have record of it as a hotels.com reservation, but the person I checked in with acknowledged it right when I checked in! This is either malicious or they are very incompetent! Another review claims the same double chrg

Check-in was not Express! Got there at 3pm , 5 families online, one attendant, and she kept leaving the front desk to physically check to see if the rooms were clean before checking in each family. Elevator (1) was slow. No pancakes all weekend for the kiddos! And lobby trash was never emptied. Beds were comfy, A/C was cold, shampoos and conditioners are full size pumps! The 2 Queen size room with sofa bed was spacious for 4 adults. Was nice to have an ice maker on the floor also.

We were at the hotel for one night following a family event. The hotel overall was great. Our King suite was one of the nicest room we have stayed in and the bed was super comfy. The layout was really nice. There was a desk, a table with 2 chairs, sleeper sofa and an easy chair.
Our only disappointment was breakfast. There was a nice variety but the warm food was dried out. This was within 15 minutes of breakfast starting. The cinnamon roll tasted old. They did have a nice pantry with food and drinks for purchase.
I would definitely reccommend this hotel just make other plans for breakfast. There is a Dunkin sitting in front of the hotel!

In town for family emergency. Check out date kept changing. Hotel went above and beyond to keep our room and take away that headache. Super nice and friendly staff. Great customer service. Comfy and clean beds, great free breakfast. Love this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here a few weeks ago and we were already in the process of planning our next trip prior to our last visit and because our stay was so nice we came back.
Our last stay our only issue was the door handle being super loose. This time our handle wasn't loose, but it it was harder to open our door. We would have to scan our key card multiple times before we could even get it open. The room was 226. We last stayed on the 3rd floor and our room was a really nice king sized bed. We had the same thing on the 2nd floor, but this room wasn't as nice.
The alarm clock was plugged in but broken. It wasn't on and the screen was broken. A pink lamp on the desk looked as if the plug was broken at some point and was repaired. You could see the chair and foot rest were worn down and didn't look nice or comfortable to sit in.
Our issues were mostly cosmetic and didn't really interfere with our stay. It was just a noticeable change from our room on the 3rd floor. We had noisy kids running around all night in the room above us. The dogs that stay in this hotel are more well behaved than the kids that stay.
The staff is always super nice. I appreciate the breakfast in the morning. The shower is super nice and has great water pressure. Those door handles/key card scanners really need to be looked at, though. It's a pain trying to get in the rooms.

Clean and comfortable. We stayed with a family of five using one suite that included two beds and a pull out sofa. Like the all hours coffee and the second floor lounge. Would stay again.
