Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburgh West - Greentree, an IHG Hotel

Hotel staff were great and accommodated us with a crib for our daughter. Nice and quiet stay for the whole family.

This property was incredibly noisy - there were children screaming and families coming and going all throughout the entire night. I hardly got any sleep in my three nights there. The area of town is incredibly lackluster and there was little to do or see in the area. There was also no shops or groceries convenient for any basics. Staff was nice but accommodations were lacking.

Very clean. Free breakfast. Free parking. Kind staff. Cleaned every day during stay. Comfy beds and pillows. Indoor pool was great for the kid.

We came into town for the night to watch a game at PNC park. The hotel was in a great location; about a 15 minute drive from PNC in rush hour traffic. The room was clean and comfortable for my family of 4 for the night. Free wifi, continental breakfast, and included parking all added to the value. The pool was also nice for the kids.

This is a great hotel for families.

Where to begin? First of all, do NOT type in the address "875 Greentree Road" into your GPS. It put us in the middle of an office park parking lot! After two phone calls to the hotel for directions (because the first person I spoke with said she couldn't help and hung up!), we arrived only to find the toilet broken in our room. We switched rooms and everything was okay until around 11pm when the family next door arrived and made noise until almost 1am. The noise policy is NOT strictly enforced. The room wasn't clean (there was a stain on one of the bedspreads), the beds were uncomfortable, and the free breakfast was blah. Only paid $118 for the night, so I guess I got what I paid for.

Clean hotel, nice pool for family, comfortable beds, and nice breakfast. Highly recommend
