Amazing Mother's Day with family

Check in was at 3 but our room was not ready. We were harassed by a man who aggressively was asking for money yelling at us that he needed it for a cab. When I told the GM he apologized and said they had kicked him out twice already...yet he was back still harassing customers. Went to the restaurant to wait there but no one came to seat us so went back out to the lobby to be harassed some more by the man asking for money. When I checked back at desk regarding our room at 4 o'clock they said it was ready but no one had notified us. We had a toddler who was hungry and exhausted. We checked into the room only to find the headboards were dirty with some gross stickiness on them, popcorn an hair under the bed, dirty in corners of shower etc. When we retrieved our car from valet the girl would not give the keys as she was waiting for a tip...the young man who helped with our bags go the tip yet she stood there waiting for a tip in the rain and would not give the keys. Needless to say, we were very disappointed not the five star experience we were expecting.

Great Urban feel in the downstairs lounge, family room. Rooms were designed recently and had a hip feel.

Absolutely fantastic. More of an adult crowd. Not overran with children. Simply beautiful inside. Right in the heart of center city.

Is not a family friendly hotel. The manger was great with regards accommodation, the staff was disappointing .

The hotel was great however after the football game the fans went out of control. Throwing bottles, trash, parking cars in the middle of the road, fighting and hitting cars. Nightmare for me and my children never visit Philadelphia again.

Not family friendly, bar lounge is incredible noisy at nights and none off the room is child proofed. for 600 a night breakfast wasn't included. We ordered room service, and the coffee was burned. Firepit wasn't working on the pool area so we couldn't stay out with the kids, which was one off the reason why we came to this hotel. The 4 elevators got super crowded and took several minutes to be able to squeeze into one on Sunday morning. In a nutshell, not worth the high price.

We stayed at the hotel on a weekend. The lobby becomes a nightclub & is loud. A lot of people making noise in the halls at night. We were there with our family - someone knocked on our door at 11PM to offer us cake.
