This property is located right in the perfect location where it’s walkable to great restaurants and shopping. Also, very family friendly; really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay. Excellent and convenient location, well balanced rooms with full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and stove top. Perfect if you're on a family road trip or like to continue your healthy diet on the go! My stay was very calm but not everything was working or worked perfectly. Bathroom door was sticking, fan wasn't working, bathroom door knob had an issue...but fantastically they were quick to repair it all with a call; we called at 11p, and they wanted to fix it in the middle of the night! We declined that rapid service option but they had it sorted by the time we were back from breakfast. Included breakfast is very convenient, quality is only ok, but healthy options are plenty. Something to note is that on a 4 night stay, room service only came to clean the room on the 3rd day... as planned by the hotel. Weird, so stay clean for most of your trip I guess? Wasn't a huge deal for us but with 2 kids we needed the cleaning by the 3rd day. They do replace towels and whatever you need if you call down. Lewis Hamilton greeting me on the TV was my favourite... I was like "How did they know?!"

My family and I stayed at the Element for six nights. Our stay was pleasant and staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping only cleaned our room once during our entire stay, and that was a little disappointing. We had to continually call the front desk for things that would run out like shower gel and toilet paper. The hotel is located in the heart of the Center City with close proximity to shopping. Unfortunately, this area didn’t have a ton of good dining options other than the usual chain restaurants. Additionally, the area didn’t feel the safest at night and almost all of the stores closed really early in the evening at 7:00. Checkout was quick and easy.

Loved our stay. Was great for a young child. There were books and toys you could use in your room, yummy breakfasts and having a mini kitchen set up on your room is so helpful! Everyone was friendly and we would definitely choose Element again when we return.

So many cons: Hotel room wasn't cleaned. Had to call To get floors cleaned. Dust and food particles all over. Then I ended up buying a swifter to clean floors (we have a crawling child). They Charged incidetals nightly but didn't mention it up front. Only Pricey snack available. Check-in staff not Knowledgeable at all. Extra charge for wifi not mentioned up front. No one to greet you on the way in and valet was not friendly. Walls are very thin and we could literally hear the person next to us phone conversation with our TV on. No frills at all. Pros: Breakfast, view from room, & bed comfort.

The Element has a great location in Center City, and offered complimentary breakfast which is essential when traveling with kids. The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The only drawback was the forced air conditioning system in the room. The vent blew air directly on one bed, and the room always felt either too hot or too cold.
