We (family of 5) have mostly enjoyed our 1 night stay. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms and facilities are clean and modern. We've enjoyed the pool.
The main bed and the rollaway that we got were comfortable. But the pull out couch has a terrible old mattress -- not a pleasant night.
another thing to note, the organization can use a bit of work.
At check in(around 4pm), I've asked for extra towels, sheets for the pull out couch and a rollaway bed. We are a family of 5 and that was made clear on the reservation, so these things should have been included to begin with.
when we came back to the hotel after 10pm -- none of these were in the room. The staff has brought everything up after another reminder (or two) of course, but it was well after midnight when we could finally settle down

We were upgraded to the family suite with bunk beds and chalkboard and it was amazing! Our family loved it! The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly!

I stay at the Logan every month or so when I visit Philadelphia. Gordon is always at the front desk to assist me going above and beyond to ensure myself or myself and my kids have the best stay. The room is always very clean and the kids love ordering room service or being able to walk close by without me for some sightseeing. As for myself ; it’s the perfect location central to the BSL to catch a sports event at the Sports Complex , a walk to Rittenhouse to enjoy some of Philadelphias dining options , and a short Uber to some of the best medical centers PennMed & such. I would highly recommend this hotel for 5 stars in every category. The valet and the doorman never miss greeting myself or my kids sending well wishes for the day! From arriving to departing I have always had a top tier experience with the Logan.

Everything about the Logan is fantastic except the parking it is highway robbery! I stayed there for one night and my family came to pick me up for dinner and because they were there over an hour waiting me they were charged $65 for parking as was I. I understand why i was charged but not my family who lives in the area and only came to carry me out for dinner. Be mindful when arriving.

Great stay here, lovely staff, very accommodating. We got snowed in and they helped us extend our stay for an extra night with no trouble. Lovely pool, great spot for those with kids.

I appreciated the friendly staff and convivial lounge areas as well as the billiard room. I have children attending college in the area and will return to The Logan.

The property looks good but it's housekeeping was poor, staff is not well prepared, they sent me to a room that smelled like vomit and first refused to change my room, after I asked them to speak to the manager they did, very unprofessional, the hotel is nicely decorated and doesn't feel old but it's not cleaned properly, also there's some sort of bar in the building and you see people coming in and out, would not recommend for families.

Perfect location for all our favorite places. Within 5 minutes or less of the science museums, and same for so many delicious restaurants. Parking is so easy (although not cheap). View was of the entire square from our room. The king suite was perfect for us and our toddler who got his own space and we got ours. The indoor pool was also great, although at 9am towels were not stocked, but we lucked out grabbing the last clean 3. Will absolutely stay here again next Philly trip.

The property was fine for this level of hotel. The rooms were nice, but we’ve stayed at nicer hotels for similar prices. The pool was a treat, but the layout was a little awkward - there’s no changing area and there’s only one single-use bathroom.
However, we were disappointed in the hotel’s preparedness for the President Day rush. We waited for over an hour at the 4PM check in, and we have a young child (like many people in line). This was outrageous - I’ve never waited for more than 15 minutes at any other hotel. Although the line was next to the bar, the hotel only offered free bottles of water; a comped drink would have gone a long way to make people happy. The woman in front of us ending up calling customer service and asking a manager to come down to staff the check in counter after 45 minutes of waiting. The pool also ran out of towels, which was an inconvenience, again given the reputation and price of the hotel.
The greatest perks for us were the pool and the proximity to the Franklin Institute / Rittenhouse Square.

Under staffed facilities! There were no towels, hand towels or wash clothes, no bedding for the pull out when we booked for 2 adults and a child so we had to leave and go home. It took an hour to check in just to have to go home a few hours later. Extremely disappointed as we have safe here numerous times and always had a great stay however, I will look for other properties after today.
