It was incredibly loud. There were a thousand kids running around until well after 2am. The wait times for the elevators were VERY long as a result

I took my son here, and we had the BEST time. The staff was lovely. Our room was clean and nice. The hotel is right in the middle of everything...from dining to shopping to any means of transportation. I stayed here 10 years ago and it still does not disappoint. Highly recommend for couples, families, or people flying solo.

My husband and I were in Philadelphia to celebrate our kids birthday. Since my daughter lived in town it was convenient. We enjoyed cocktails in the Art bar after dinner in town and staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating for our impromptu gathering!

Very clean and modern and pool was nice and not overly crowded. Front desk was helpful and room was ready early. Traveling with a teenager and toddler and area around hotel had things for both and felt safe.

Quick check in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed trivia night at the ArtBar. Breakfast was not very child friendly- only hot drinks and pastries.

Went on a quick two day trip and was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and the pool was great for the kids! Was walking distance to almost everything. Would stay here again when in the area.

We only stayed here one night but if we were to stay longer we definitely would book this hotel. Great location on Market street within walking distance to many sites (ex The Franklin Institute). Staff was very friendly. Hotel rooms were well sized (family of 4) and very clean. Highly recommend!!

Took a weekend trip with my family to see Philly for the first time. We were happy the pool was open seeing how it reached 90s all weekend! The kids loved it. Staff was friendly (Daryl, I believe his name was) was awesome and attentive. He spoke to us each day we saw him whether in the halls or by the pool! Clean room, gym, common areas. Also enjoyed drinks at the bar! Highly recommend!!

This was the perfect home base for our family-on-foot between the 30th Street train station, the museums along Franklin Parkway, and Rittenhouse Square restaurants. The staff was very courteous and the room was impressively spacious, quiet, and comfortable.
