Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Carlisle

The staff is always friendly, clean rooms, a small bit nice breakfast. I have never had a hotel express concern when I called them after check out about an item we left behind. On this trip we realized we forgot something in the room after being on the road headed south for an hour. The front desk already had my item ready at the desk waiting for a local family member to pick it up when I called. Later, I noticed they attempted to reach me via email as well about my item. Thank you Microtel!

This hotel is ok. Very clean and nice. Tub stopper didn't work (not a good thing with 2 children who don't have a tub at home and love hotels for this very reason). The sink didn't drain and there was nowhere to hang towels. Definitely the strangest bathroom! The breakfast was good but it's arrangement was confusing and had me going back and forth a hundred times in crowds of people. I've stayed in other microtel hotels and loved them. This one was kind of disappointing

I booked this for my daughter and grandkids an Easter road trip to Virginia. They had a great stay.

Wow, where to start. The property is only four years old as of January 2023 so the interior is in very good condition and the rooms look like they’re almost new. I love the fact that the towels are in separate plastic bags especially if there’s two queen beds in a room so there’s no waste to the towels and you know that they clean. We found the rooms to be very comfortable, but you do have to remember to bring up your soap and other requirements from down in the lobby. Breakfast was more than what we had expected. It had plenty of variety and a wonderful lady who hovered over the area, making sure it was clean, tidy and plenty of food. I have stayed in more expensive hotels, and had less variety of food And less quality. The morning staff seem to be family the way they interact and go around cleaning, tidying up and taking care of you. One lady is sanitizing chairs another collecting dishes from breakfast one another might be wiping. I’m washing the floor from the snow in the dirt that’s brought in on boots. The hotel might be a little bit inconvenient coming off the interstate, but it is well worth finding not only for the price, but also for the quality of the establishment and the friendliness of the people. On the way back to Tennessee, we made sure to visit a second time because of the first time impression it made upon us, and this will definitely be a place to consider staying when we pass through Carlisle Pennsylvania. We stayed here for one night while visiting family in the area. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. Breakfast was fantastic. We will be staying here again!

I stayed at this property for one night with my family. The staff were great and polite. The breakfast was great, different selections to choose from. Thank goodness it wasn't a continental breakfast. The property was well kept and the rooms were clean and cute. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I would stay at this property again.

The only problem we had was they put us in a room directly under a family with 4 young children. We are in our 70's and it was very disturbing as it sounded as if the ceiling was going to come down. The manager did offer to tell them to quiet down after 9pm, but they finally did calm down. Unfortunately we didn't complain until the 3rd night which was our failure to communicate. Otherwise all ratings were excellent

We arrived just before midnight. The woman at the front desk was initially working to deal with something else, but when we called the hotel number to get someone she was walking up to help us. The place was clean and breakfast was great with a decent variety and friendly staff. Our room was next to the elevator, but it wasn't loud. It was an incredible stay for that price. Our family will gladly stay here again!

Staff was amazing and room was very clean! Made for the perfect pit stop for our family on our road trip. My boys loved the big breakfast in the morning and the staff made sure they were stocked back up for the next leg of our trip.

We are from Ohio, the whole family especially two kids like this hotel a lot, they declare it is much better than a 4-star hotel in DC where we stayed the next day. Everything is good and it is really close to Hershey’s park, we are going to come back if we are visiting PA again.
