my family was disappointed after we checked in and realized that the pool wasn't in service. It would have been great to have been notified that prior to checking in. It would have changed our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! The front desk staff was so kind and friendly and so was the sweet lady who ran the breakfast bar. The hotel was SO clean. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool. We will definitely come back here when visiting the area next year and the years to come. So thankful I found this place!

Definitely the best hotel I've stayed at recently. The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was also very good with plenty of options. The gym was certainly better than that of other hotels I've stayed at of late, but I didn't get a chance to use the pool. Of course, my kids were just happy to be on an upper floor 🙄

We stayed at this property for a family event so we really only slept here and did not use the pool, laundry, or workout facilities. The overall property was nice. Plenty of clean towels, nice kitchenette(NOTE: no cook top or oven) it was convenient for what we needed. Where this property needed help was the overall cleanliness. Especially the room. It really lacked a good vacuuming (food under the dishwasher, barettes on the floor, fingernails, handprints..eww.) i understand that the labor force is dwindling and lacking so every job is harder. Kuddis to the front desk personnel who did an exceptional job during our stay.

Right near a nice bar/restaurant and is pretty nice and spacious. had no problem fitting my 5 person family into a single room. The staff was great. I especially enjoyed the lady who ran breakfast in the morning, helping all my kids out.

From check in to check out was superb. They didnt have the room i initially paid for, but found me an alternate option immediately. The staff were friendly and my kids and i truly enjoyed our stay. I will definitely recommend them.

The rooms are big and comfortable! The staff was extremely nice. The pool hours are great when you have kids 7am-11pm!

For being totted as being a 3 star hotel I expected better. Toilet was not clean as well as the bathroom sink. The kitchenette area was a nice addition to the room with having kids, but the size of the bathroom took away from it. The bathroom was not the cleanest and the shower pressure was awful. If they they are trying to be eco friendly with just having a shower the pressure in the shower took away from that and they fail in the aspect. The beds are the not most comfortable I would compare them to sleeping on cinder blocks with a comforter on top of them. We were were pressed to stay local because of a funeral and for a 173 a night it was not worth. Amenities were average and did not justify 50 dollars more a night compared to the Hampton which was sold out. All in all an average hotel I’d give it an 7 out of 10.
