Breakfast staff very nice. Food was yummy. Pool was freezing!!!! It was one of the reasons we picked that hotel as I took the grandkids with us. That was disappointing.

House keeping never came to room. We requested for new bedding due to our kid peeing thru pull-up. Same bedding and towels for entire stay. Room smelled like mildew. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy. Overall disappointing due to house keeping.

We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool but unfortunately it was not open for our grandchildren to use. We had some very disappointed little ones. I wish the front desk would have told us this information at check-in. No bar soap was provided for hand washing. A small sample of body wash was provided so we made do with that.

No towels at pool front desk people were rude kids went into the gym and got equipment all wet was shut down the lady serving breakfast was very rude they had waffles but no syrup kids asked for syrup she was very rude seems everyone had attiude

My wife, baby, and I enjoyed our stay while visiting family. The hotel was very clean, very quiet and had the best staff. The included breakfast each morning was amazing. I grew up in the area and can honestly say it’s perfectly located next to the shopping mall and plenty of places to eat. Highly recommended.
