We were there for my dad's funeral. Five family members had rooms. Overall, it was fine. One of the two elevators was out of order and the hotel had been hit by lighting a week before so there was no internet. It's not a five star hotel but was fine, clean, the staff was attentive, our children enjoyed the pool, and it's a convenient location.

Do Not spend the $$ to stay here! In fact this is the last time I stay at a Hampton Inn. Apparently the Hilton name doesn’t mean much to them, because if it did they would be out inspecting these hotels to make sure they are up to standards and representing their name well! We visited family over Thanksgiving Holiday. Having just moved away not long ago we were aware that most of the hotels in this particular area were build for those working out of state building a large plant and the hotels get used and abused. However, no reason not to be clean or updated. Bathroom tiles were mismatched, loose and dirty. Towels are literally pieces of thin cotton. Shower had luke-warm water at best and shower head needed replaced. Moldy tiles. Bed was old and not comfortable at all. Carpet needs replaced or at least a good scrubbing. This hotel allows dogs which is why we chose it. I didn’t even want my dog walking on the carpet or the floors in the hotel. Always out of coffee in the lobby. Didn’t even try the breakfast by the looks of the dirty area didn’t want to test fate. Main doors didn’t work, had to use a side door propped open for ANYONE to enter even at 2:00 a.m. when taking dog out! Thank goodness all the longer we had to be there was only to sleep and 4 nights was enough. I travel for work often and this is about the 3rd Hampton Inn that I’ve stayed at recently that has been neglected, gross and dirty. Upon check out this morning I had to wake the girl up at the desk.

Hotel was in notably good condition and clean. Two concerns only: 1) person at check in was pleasant but appeared frazzled and double charged me. I was able to call later and this was resolved quickly by friendly person named Mary. 2) At breakfast staff member standing by the food griping incessantly about a personal issue about her child’s teacher to another staff member. The other staff member seemed cornered and was not responding and got away as quickly as she could. Unprofessional behavior that should have been moved offstage. This hotel would do well with additional people like Mary on staff.

I was close to family in the area. Did not like the fact that the roof was not presented as advertised. Gave us a handicap room that was next to the elevator, next to the highway (noisy) and it smelled on dog. Plus we were put in a handicap room and no one answered the front desk when we called about it.

We have stayed here several times when we come back to this area to visit family. We have always been happy with this hotel. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good, the pool is clean, the room is clean and comfortable.

The room and bathroom were impeccably clean. The coffee and the creamer offered were delicious! I loved that it is a dog friendly hotel! Thank you so much for those of us who couldn’t have kids and are dog moms only! I highly recommend this hotel…. You won’t be disappointed!
