Great spot for our family trip to Gettysburg. The hotel is clean and modern, and the breakfast is pleasantly substantial. Lots of choices for everyone in the family. Our pet pittie was also warmly welcomed.

This hotel was perfect for a getaway trip to Gettysburg. Pool for kids was a win. Washer and dryer for me win. Shopping outlets right near the hotel win, and all the important sites for Gettysburg win. Super clean and super nice staff.

Very clean and well taking care of. Our only issue had nothing to do with the facility. There were young children staying and they were very loud. Management calmed them down so we could sleep but the next morning they were back at it. Would love to bottle their energy up :)

I booked this reservation on June 2, 2023 for July 2, 3, 4, 5, 2023. On our way from Louisiana i was contacted by Holiday Inn Express and Suites to verify my reservations. Upon arrival on July 2, 2023 i was told there was no room available. Although i had all my paperwork verifying my reservations i was not given room. I was referred to Country Inn and Suites and was guaranteed that they would have a room available for me. Upon arrival at this location again i was told there was no room available. Expedia and Holiday Inn Express and Suites are liars and frauds. I drove my family for 19 hours and was treated like garbage. I will be posting on social media about my experiences with both Expedia and Holiday Inn Express and Suites and encourage everyone to stay away from their establishments because they will be very disappointed.

Reserved and paid for a suite for my family, received a regular room. Took 3 sets of keys to finally get ones that worked and was sent to the wrong room number. Never received a receipt. Employee at the front desk said he would call me with a comp night to make up for the issues and 2 weeks later still no call and no receipt! First and last time I will use Expedia and this hotel.

The staff here were amazing! There was a baseball event happening and the place was packed with kids. We had an adjoining room with a group and they were just having fun being kids, but as an introverted adult who loves their sleep I knew this would be a problem. I politely asked the staff if we could switch rooms to one that didn’t have an adjoining door and they did it for us, happily! Thank you so much!
