Staff was really kind and accommodating. We stopped with three kids for a night during a road trip. We used the pool, at the provided breakfast, and there is a really nice brewery next door.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and greeted us right away. My grandchildren (ages 2 and 4) were always treated with welcoming, smiling staff which made them more comfortable in a strange place. The breakfast was very good and offered a variety of foods.

Good location, helpful staff. Only negative was a screaming child in the pool, forcing us to get out. But that's not on the property

Walls are thin and kids were jumping on bed all night. Front desk didn’t answer phone. Slept terribly.

Expedia system and La Quinta system did not work together so my family had to wait 30 minutes just to get into the room even though Expedia confirmed my reservations and La Quinta to see it in their system. We ended up having to rebook the entire thing all over again making it a pretty bad experience.

We love all La Quinta properties! We never are disappointed with our stays here! We traveled with our four year old son and he loves it here. I always recommend this location to my friends and family.

Treasa is the greatest front desk person ever. She always treats you like family and helps anyway she can.
Only issue with this hotel is they have Twizzlers and no Red Vines. What the heck?

Very clean. We had a king suite and the extra space was worth a few more dollars- staff was helpful . Our special on the spot request for baby bed was accomplished (grandbaby visit during nap time) cheerfully.

Besides the dog barking in the room next to us and the room up above who's kids were running and jumping, it was the best place we've stayed at yet

I stayed one Saturday night before a sports event in Corvallis,& there were other teenaged teams & families staying as well. So I am allowing that the circumstances of noise & pool-play were extreme, however, an hotel in a major sports event and College town like Eugene/Springfield, Oregon, should be used to this kind of mild chaos, especially in a room such as mine, directly across from the pool. I always travel with my dog, who is a registered Emotional Support/Therapy Dog. I have letters from two medical doctors regarding my need for Canine Support when I drive. The desk clerk, upon notifying him, simply quoted me their $25 pet fee policy & wouldn’t look at my documents or listen to any explanation. I’ve never had this experience before in anyplace I’ve stayed, though I understand there are some travelers who obtain these “certifications” by purchasing them online, with no medical or psychiatric documentation. I paid the $25, which was actually not my issue as much as the clerk cutting me off & not being willing to consider mine might be an actual medical necessity, with the appropriate documentation as proof. One might also expect, after paying the $25 fee, the small patch of grass next to the “smoking bench” would be regularly monitored for feces left by irresponsible & selfish pet owners who don’t feel it’s their duty to clean up after their animals. I could agree with a refundable deposit. Altogether, an “okay” experience, but not a $145 one.
