Best Western Grand Manor Inn

Gotta be kidding!! Middle of remodel, crap absolutely everywhere. Dodging around all kinds of things. At this point elevators not readable but they couldn’t accommodate us on the first floor. I asked them to call Expedia to get our refund. Told us WE had to contact Expedia but failed to tell us that they have to approve Expedia giving us our money and they refused when Expedia called. To ride to claim that because the elevator works but is just not accessible it’s not their problem. They essentially lied to me at the desk. They could have offered to take the luggage up for us but didn’t. Expedia made it good after a 30 minute wait, but Best Western, and particularly this property which I have stayed at many, many, many times over the years gets a huge black mark. Last two visits have also had deteriorating situation. Very sad, and cheating is completely unacceptable.

The hotel is doing some renovations. But what I liked is the king size bed. My 3 kids fits in the bed. The room is clean and organized. It also has a pull-out sofa bed. There is a laso a balcony but since they are renovating, can’t stay in the balcony because there are scraps blocking the view. They also have a wide variety of foods to choose for breakfast.

It was still under costraction, room size much bigger upgraded new hotel, refrigerator is very good size if you're traveling with family. Still room need small toutch up, i had to unplug batg tub water stop when i took shower. It was still fresh paint in room that might got little headache, might be ok by another 3 weeks passing by.

T;he stay and the service were 5 star all the way, the staff and the manager were pleasant and accommodating. Definitely the place I will stay when visiting family.

Easy check in, and property was easy to find. However, the floor in the rooms were extremely dirty. My white socks were black! The shower tub didn't drain, it's completely clogged. Nobody wants standing water while taking a shower. The shower faucet also was dripping all night, the tap does not turn off. This was super annoying throughout the night, and a concern for anyone with a baby or toddler.

Amazing service by Aaron at the front desk. Stayed with my 2 kids and would stay again. Only downside shower wasn’t working properly. Other then that amazing

I was charged a rate of about $500/night. This rate did not include room cleaning. My wife had to go exchange our wet towels every day with housekeeping and take out our room trash. The digital keys were not working half the time due to some computer glitch. My wife got locked out one morning about 6am she didn't want to wake up our kids or the guests in the adjacent rooms by knocking on the door so she had to go get a replacement key. The hotel staff was helpful & accommodating but I wouldn't recommend this hotel. For a total weekend bill of over $1,500 I felt like I got ripped off.

My family and I had a wonderful stay during the event. The price of the room was high but the whole area was very inflated I am assuming because of the Championship. Facilities were clean and well kept. The staff and manager were always very helpful. Provided great recommendations.

Whenever we visit family at UO this is my preferred hotel. Short drive, very clean and close to target!

The only questionable thing is parking with a trailer. Once you pull in to register, you are committed, and the kids no decent turn around
