Loved the jetted tub and the size of the room was decent. The noise level from surrounding rooms was horrible. Unsupervised kids running in and out of the rooms next door and constantly screaming. Kids breaking through the screen window and running around on the roof of the second floor. Very distracting while we were trying to have time alone in our room. This level of noise went on till at least 11pm, which made it very hard to sleep.

First, the staff was very nice during our stay extending condolences on the passing of a close family member. They even extended our stay at a reduced rate one night. Lovely. However, i find it absolutely ludicrous that for $250 a night, the high dollar, big name hotel charges you $10 for the standard continental breakfast you find in every other chain for free. Its even more if you want a hot breakfast. I usually stay at La Quinta as its in the same area, cheaper, and their breakfadt is free! At L.Q. i had eggs, sausage, waffles, coffee, etc...all included. Not so at big name chain Hilton. And the bar, "grill", pool and gym all closed at 9 even though signage said 10. The furniture in our room was pretty banged up too. Even the coffee maker in our room didnt work so we trundled downstairs to get it from the lobby. The staff is nice, but the rooms and amenities leave much to be desired.

The hotel has a nice feel to it and the staff is friendly. The rooms were very clean and pleasant. The pool and spa (and area) were also clean and well cared for. There were a lot of kids in the pool but also plenty of adults on hand to keep track of them. I did call the front desk to ask if they would unplug the refrigerator due to the high-pitched sound it had when cycling and they never came (they said they had to do it because of a special tool it required). I got used to it. The beds had notes on them to call for directions about the sleep number part but there was a direction card at the front desk so I think they could have just put one in the room to explain how they worked. Selecting 1, which was the lowest number of the "soft" area, actually took all of the air out and made the bed as hard as the floor (the words of the front desk person). We adjusted for the second night! There were plenty of decent restaurant choices within walking distance; we even walked in the rain and it was okay. Overall, it was a very nice experience and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Every time we came in or went out we were greeted. Also, their guest business office is set up to print boarding passes extremely easily from your smartphone.

I stayed here while in town to be near a sick loved on in the medical center. Chose this hotel based on good reviews and proximity to the hospital. Was pleasantly surprised at how nice, fresh, spacious and quiet the rooms were. Staff was very welcoming. And the best part was the breakfast buffet that was included in the online deal I found - highly recommend - food was great, lots of selection and many items made fresh to order! Would absolutely stay there again. Genuinely impressed. (And this hotel had comparable rates to a less-nice one next door where another family member stayed.)

We were in Eugene/Springfield for the unhappy reason of a bereavement in the family, and the hotel facilities were great, but most of all the staff were extremely helpful and understanding. Our gratitude to all of them.

The beds were too hard. We adjusted the settings to every switch position available in an attempt to find a comfortable setting with no success, allowing time for the mattress to adjust. No setting mattered; nothing we did changed the hardness of the bed at all - not harder nor softer. By then, my child was asleep in the other bed so we decided to soldier through the night and let the front desk know that there was something wrong with the bed in the morning. Bad decision. I've slept on the ground and had more comfortable nights. The bed was hot (thankfully, I'd brought a fan) and like sleeping on stone. We weren't even looking for anything from the front desk, other than to let them know that something was wrong with the bed and they treated us as though we were speaking a foreign language. We told them everything I've written above, and even explained that we didn't want compensation or anything else: we just didn't want anyone else to have such a rough night's sleep. Not sure if they thought I was trying to take advantage of the "Satisfaction Guaranteed" policy or not, but we left feeling as though nothing would be done about the beds in the room. Room number 519, built to accommodate handicapped. Needless to say, we will not be going back there again.

Just an overnight stay. We always try and stay at Hiltons and this Hilton Garden was nice. Average room but always good and clean. We had a long day and did want to use the Jacuzzi but when we went there were two families there with 4 or 5 young children in the Jacuzzi. Guess a suggestion would be a later evening Adults Hour. Possibly from 10 to Midnight?

check in was easy. staff was pleasant. we didn't take advantage of the breakfast. The room was attractive, comfortable and large enough. It would have been a better layout for my family to have the sink outside of the bathroom so that one person could shower while another was getting ready.
