Loved our stay. Very spacious room. Perfect for us with our two young kids (2 under 2) and dog. Will definitely stay at this location again and other Holiday Inn express locations.

Very good hotel for price although they were letting other hotels let their guests come use the hot tub and pool so there was no room for us to even sit in the hot tub and a lady who was not even staying there got mad and cursed at me because i was going to go ask the front desk about it. I just wanted to be able to use it without kids splashing in the hot tub next to me. It was very rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Other than that the hotel is clean quiet and convenient.

Because we were also traveling with pets the room we received for a family of six wasn't as spacious as shown in the booking photos, although it had the correct number of beds. The elevator shudders when going up so we hope no one gets stranded in it. The elevators are also very slow. The staff is excellent, very service oriented and the property was constantly being cleaned. Big lobby, desk areas are noisy as they are not screened off but lots of seating and worktable options. So so breakfast with powdered scrambled eggs, various breads, oatmeal, bacon and a pancake machine along with other standard fare.

You’re stuck with us in here for my nieces wedding. I loved all the people that helped out. I will come back here to stay again with my furry babies. I’m already planning my next trip to stay here the front desk is awesome

The room is spacious and includes nice updates. There are several plugs and places to charge devices. I liked the extra hooks and counter space for luggage. Our family enjoys the restaurant across the street: Hop Valley. We like to return to this hotel.

This is a nice hotel with a decent breakfast. The rooms are older and have a faint smell of cigarette smoke. The rooms are clean and comfortable with lots of room. The grandkids loved the pool . I wish they had a shallower then 3 foot section for the littles. All in all we enjoyed our stay with family

Every staff member was so nice and accommodating. I got the wrong room and they upgraded us to a bigger space for the family for no charge and just made our week stay there that much less stressful and more relaxing! We would stay here again for sure!

Stayed at this hotel many times visiting family in Eugene and have never been disappointed. Staff is helpful, rooms are comfortable, clean, breakfast is very good. The only complaint is the elevators. Sound and feel like they need some maintenance.
