This is the 4 time we stayed at this hotel. The location is convenient to our family, walkable to shops and restaurants. The price is reasonable for our budget and hot breakfast is included. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious.

Staff was polite. Asked for extra towels and linen, staff walked it to our room. This was my family’s second time staying at this location. All staff that we encountered were very polite.

The location was great for the Modo center and Omsi. there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable, pillows choices both soft and firm. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast had many choices. Only problem is the pool was very very cold, not heated. We were traveling with kids and this is a major concern. We spent the time in the hot tub. very disappointing.

This is a great kid friendly hotel with an indoor swimming pool and breakfast included. The hotel is in walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and an indoor play place. Public transit is easily accessible and a convenience over driving downtown.

This hotel is very dated, smell is old, room is old. Elevator did not work. Sinks does not drain. Took the kids down to the pool and it looked cloudy/mirky, couldnt imagine what the heck was in it, blah. Overall, For the price we paid, this hotel is not even close to worth the value. The best part about this hotel is the proximity to 23rd street shops and restaurants.

The hotel and premises themselves were well kempt, however, the outside and surrounding area was less than pleasing to the eye. Felt uneasy to stay there with my children. There's also a run down store out front that I thought was closed. There was an "Open" sign on but I would never go in there. Too sketchy!

It's hard to find downtown hotels with free parking and breakfast. This one was very convenient. friendly staff. It even has a pool - the kids were happy about it :-)
