The spa was not a spa, no hot tub!! it says Hot Tub on the wall but the front desk guy told us it was not and that they had to keep the water cool for kids, that they could not turn on heat. Yet they had like a steamer in there to make it like a sauna. Our room stank. Smelled horrible. I stayed here years ago and I don’t think they clean the carpets well nor do they shampoo them.

I was disappointed that the sauna was not working. There is no poool as advertised. If a family needed snacks from the vending machine that is a no go. 2 choices in the machine.The refrigerator in the room warm at best! I brought some ziplock bags so was able to use it as a ice box. Comfy bed. Clean.

We found the place with no problem and was checked in quickly. It was close to our families home so we had no problem finding them either. Lots of shopping options near by
