Oxford Suites Hermiston

Always clean, nice amenities, friendly staff. I always stay here when visiting family in Hermiston. It’s reliably good!

Overall, we were treated well. The gal who checked us in Friday night was a bit chatty and an over sharer. I was standing at the counter checking in with my adult daughter and possible future son-in-law and the gal is going on and on about how she doesn't want grandchildren. Needless to say, the three of us were a bit uncomfortable.

Staff was very friendly, this is a pup friendly hotel, the only thing that was annoying was not due to the hotel, was the bad pet parents who don't pick up their dog poo, note always the big dog owners obviously by the large piles in the designated potty area, ppl stop doing this! And kid's that come out of the pool soaking wet and leave the floors wet, parents to blame for this, but the hotel is fine but could use a refresh but it's fine for pet owners, room was clean my dog liked it..lol, again staff was so friendly. Would stay again.

The cleanliness was 4-star. I would have liked a little bigger pool, but it was fun to share with the families. Nice people. Morning breakfast was great!

The room was obviously smoked in and I have a child with major allergies. Every time we came into the room we all started sneezing and had stuffy nose. They tried covering the smell with some Orange awful spray. My comforter was so dirty with blood and I asked for a new one and they gave me a little blanket. Definitely needs better house keeping. When you see a ring in the bathtub who wants to put their kid in the bath. I would stay again because is close to my loved one but will check to see for the cleanings of the room. The front desk was spectacular and helpful. The breakfast was great and lots of choices. My child enjoyed the pool. It Was so muggy tho some of us left the area. I understand hotels are dirty and it comes with the territory. But clean linen should be a must nobody wants to sleep in strangers dirty sheets 😣

Great stay. Loved the free drink coupons to unwind after a long day, the kids loved their Shirley temples and we loved our draft beer. The pool was nice and warm albeit a small pool as expected. The pillows and bedding was comfortable plus the soap and lotion smelled nice. It’s so nice to have a fridge and microwave too. The ladies at the front desk were exceptional and provided great, friendly customer service. Great stay, especially for the price. Nice, easy parking.

My husband and I stayed one night here after visiting family during the day. All the staff were very friendly. We had a large, clean room with two queen beds, a love seat, two benches, and a small table with two chairs. I always love the sink outside the bathroom. Oxford Suites is somewhat unique in that they have an in-house restaurant and bar. Each person can have a free drink in the evening, and there is a soup / salad bar for part of the night. We got lucky and the soup was tasty chili. A couple small bowls of that plus salad was our dinner, along with our glasses of wine. Breakfast eggs are made to order, and they had a nice quality multi-grain bread for toast.

Helpful friendly staff..we traveled with our dog who was treated as part of the family..clean dedicated area for her..nice quiet area, after Dairy Queen closed. Easy off and on the freeway.
