The hotel says pet friendly we arrived with a tiny budgie with a cage we were told only dogs are allowed but the lady was kind and let us check in we asked for late check out she said that was fine the next day the cleaning lady tried coming on and checking out we got rudeness from the morning staff we booked it for return trip we got a call the day before saying the owners have a problem with our budgie and we were not welcome or the bird can stay in the car ! That was unexpectedly rude for a tiny quiet bird and my kids otherwise its a nice building thats about it wont stay there again bird or no bird .

We have stayed in boardman before as we have family from the area, and we were in the area attending a graduation in Heppner. So it was a long day for us, but the lady at check in was super nice and quick. We got the room which was on the third floor and it was clean, nice, plently of places to plug our devices in after a long day of travel. We grabbed burgers at the diner across the interstate and we turned in pretty early then when we got up had continental breakfast which was delicious and well maintained. To check out we just dropped the keys in the box and left. We all slept amazingly well and it was super clean, comfortable and great breakfast we will be back again next time we need to see family in the area.

The best hotel we stayed in during our US Road trip. Gladly we chose this hotel. Great quality and top-notched service. The guy who helped us checked-in was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet has massive selection, they have bacon, sausages, eggs and complete array of to go items. Also, the place is conveniently located near the main highway. The rooms and hallway is so clean and modern-looking. My kids said this is the best hotel thus far.

Stayed for one night on our way home Washington with with our two grandkids. The room was spacious,clean and quiet. The only thing I didn’t like was the town. There was not many dining options in the area.
