The service people were so friendly and helpful, dinning area was clean and always freshfood choices every day . We had alot of family staying there and was able to have are morning coffee together. My grandkids loved the pool.

Our room, room 106 was extremely dirty. It looked like dog feces all over the carpet. We asked to change rooms, but the hotel was full. They moved us the following night to a room that was clean. The manager, Thomas, said he would refund our money from the first night. So far, nothing. Messages left for the manager, no response. We have stayed here many times as we have family in the area. Never any complaints. But this room was horrendous. The assistant manager was aware of it. When I mentioned the room, she said “ the carpet”? It should have never been rented. And it was a suite.

This hotel is well situated for Rogue River access, in addition to comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, specifically the housekeeping staff (Kim) and never failed to greet us throughout our stay. Front desk and breakfast room staff are also wonderful, and although we all know staffing is difficult at this time, and training is always taking place, we would not have noticed if foreign to this country. We will definitely stay at the hotel again when visiting family who live in this area!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great and satisfying contential breakfast. Beds were cozy and the kids loved the swimming pool. There is also a convience store right next door if you need a midnight snack.
