I loved the staff at the desk. They were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and fresh and they kept their fruit, water, and tea full and fresh in the loby. Rooms were clean with plenty of towels and the ac worked great. The pool was open even though the spa was down for maintenance. I didnt use the exercise room, but it looked nice and tidy and the equipment looked like it was in good condition. Like the childrens space that was available by the main desk i thought it was a sweet touch.

Priced well for a night to visit our son who’s a student at OSU. No frills, but Sami at the front was friendly & professional. Coffee, iced tea, popcorn all complimentary in the lobby are a nice touch. They have a kids area, coloring pages and small things that make it look like they’re really trying to make the most value out of your stay. It’s easy access to campus and breakfast was fine before heading out. Plenty of towels, blankets and toiletries in the room. If you need a clean, quiet place, priced fairly, would recommend.

Very family friendly - from a playroom for littles to free popcorn and other light munchies. Wonderful staff. Great experience from check-in to check-out.

The first room had a shower curtain that smelled of sour laundry, with the overall bathroom having a musty, mildew smell. The bathroom light didn't work, there were paint wear issues, and the hall smelled like someone was smoking weed. I complained to the front desk, and they gave me another room, which was better, but the carpet was dirty. The free breakfast, in which my family partook, was not the best quality. Stillwater needs more (and better) hotels -- and unless they get some upgrades, I'll be staying in OKC more often.

The staff here couldnt have been nicer! The hotel itself could use some cosmetic touches but was very clean and everyone was so friendly. They have a kids playroom off the lobby and milk and cookies when you check in. We stayed over a gameday weekend and only heard other people once. There was an issue with our air conditioner and they had someone up to fix it within minutes. Out of all the places I've stayed in Stillwater this was my favorite. Its comfortable and a good value. We had a king suite and our room was huge.

Not a problem with the hotel, but floor above with filled with young kids whos parents let them run up and down the hall screaming all night. Rediculous

The availability was good and location.
There was youth baseball tournament and kids were being loud of the evening and first thing of the morning. Just too much energy. I guess the lack of parental supervision and being courteous to others is not the strong suite of parents today, to let their kids run up and down the hallways like it's a track meet.

The staff was friendly, food was pretty good, and for the most part it was relaxing. We had the room next to the fitness center and could hear kids playing in there but besides that we had a good nights stay.

So my stay was fine- the staff was so accommodating and super friendly. Lobby is lovely. My biggest gripe was that it was noisy- perhaps due to the position of our room near the elevator, there was a lot of noise above us, like dragging and scraping noises, perhaps furniture being moved and the laundry was behind us as well. Elevators were slow and we had to work pretty hard to get the button to register our desired floor. I did not see a stairwell nearby. Some minor deferred maintenance, like it needs a vent in the bathroom for steam and the toilet flush sounds like a jet engine, but having said all that, I would not hesitate to stay there again if my family member opts to attend school in Stillwater
