We recently had the pleasure of staying at Home 2 Suites, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and modern aesthetics of the facility. The updated decor added a touch of elegance, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages. Safety was a top priority throughout our stay, providing peace of mind for my family. The well-lit grounds and secure parking added an extra layer of reassurance, and the easy check-in process streamlined our arrival. Our room was a haven of comfort, boasting lush furnishings and cozy amenities that made us feel right at home. The highly adjustable mini blinds allowed us to customize our privacy and lighting preferences, while the television provided a plethora of channels for entertainment. Although the pool wasn't heated as advertised, it didn't deter my kids from enjoying every moment. The well-kept grounds provided ample space for relaxation and recreation, ensuring that our family had plenty of options for fun and leisure. Overall, our stay at Home 2 Suites, exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt safe, comfortable, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean, family-friendly retreat with impeccable service and amenities.

Upon checkin the fold out sofa was stained horribly, the bed linens were a sheet and very thin throw, no bedding for sleeper sofa, when I asked desk for bedding they stated they did not have any blankets but could give me extra sheets. When you are traveling with kids you need blankets! Beds were horribly uncomfortable as well. The one extra blanket in the room had brown spots that looked fecal on it. Super nice entry to hotel but rooms could use a good cleaning and provide extra bedding.

A little disappointed with the stains on the sheets, the stains in the shower curtain, and The quality of the bed’s and linens. With Hilton being the brand, I expected more. I don’t know if it’s because I had kids with me or what, but I expected better quality. Over all the hotel was clean, quiet, and nice. The rooms were very spacious. Had no issues with the kitchenette other than I wish it was stocked with a Keurig and Not a cheap pod type coffee maker. I’m glad Starbucks was in the parking lot.

The front desk clerk was very nice and made checkin easy. When we got to the room the condition of the room was deplorable. The bedding on both beds was disgusting with a variety of stains. The top edge of the quilt was brown with use and had obviously not been changed in a while. The floor had not been swept. The pullout couch was filthy with stains and long, black hairs all over it. Under the pullout couch had piles of crumbs, dust, fingernail clippings and even a dried up contact. The front desk clerk was kind and brought us the only clean blankets she could acquire, but there was no extra clean bedding. A spare pillow for the pullout couch had what appeared to be dried blood and drool staining. We tried the pool which was open, but the heating element was broken. Our kids were thrilled to swim, but we soon had to leave because they were shivering with blue lips.

Spacious and very nice quality modern decor. Was traveling alone and the place felt much more like a comfortable home space than a hotel room. Immediately thought how all the space would be great when traveling with the family. Recommended this to a friend before I had even left the hotel and plan to look out for this chain on future trips.
