Staybridge Suites Oklahoma City Dwtn - Bricktown, an IHG Hotel

Spacious room. Laundry facilities on site which was great as we were traveling with kids. Nice gym facilities. Close to Bricktown.

The property was very clean. The room we had was spacious and accomodated my entire family.

Hotel itself was good. It was clean and very accessible (walking distance) to the Bricktown area. Breakfast was great. The only problem we encountered was on Saturday. We had two nights reserved but ended up having to leave early so we checked out on Saturday afternoon. My husband asked since we had already paid for our night if he could have a free water to take on the road. The staff acted like he was asking for a kidney. They would not think about it and told him he could buy it. They were very rude about the whole situation. Maybe he was unreasonable asking for it, but it shouldn’t have been such an inconvenience and hassle to them to give it to him seeing that we had already paid for the night that we weren’t staying for. Especially since most hotel give you water for free.

This place is nice, and quite. But we had a family emergency and inly occupied the room for 4 hours. And weren't abel to get a refund or even offerd another stay. I will never book with expedia or at this hotel again.

As per the past few hotels we have booked on this site the pool was no working as advertised. It was extremely loud during the stay. Slamming doors, banging sounds, kids running in hallways.

Close to my child

The description of the king bed suite is incorrect. It indicates there is a double sofa bed in the room which, according to hotel staff, there is not. This was a HUGE problem for me because I was traveling with two small children I planned to have sleep on the pull out couch. When I checked in the hotel they acknowledged the room description is not correct but initially refused to do anything about it. It was only after I was on the verge of tears (I was exhausted from driving 10 hours with small children and just wanted somewhere we could sleep comfortably) and my husband went in did they change their stance and switch our room to a two queen bed room.
