The hotel is very clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was actually very good. The pool was clean, my kids enjoyed it a lot. The location is excellent! However, The staff is my only complaint with this establishment. The sheets on our son's bed had a lot of blood stains on them, same with his pillow, so, we requested new sheets and pillows from the front desk and she said she would take a mental note... Those sheets never came. I went to the front desk about 10 hours later and the guy at the front desk could probably care less. He did hand me some new sheets but he gave me some b.s. about how they don't do guest services during the day... We stayed two nights, they didn't empty our trash, give us new towels, give us new sheets or make the beds..I had to beg for new sheets. The hotel is great but like I said the staff act and work like they don't care.

I had family in three rooms room 203 had the worst human waste smell that reeked throughout the entire Hallway. I should have asked for my money back but thought I would leave that to Expedia.

The front desk was especially nice. We had small children and he talked and laughed with them. All staff was extremely friendly and courteous. I have travel alot in the past and this was the cleanest hotel I have been in. I tried to find some dust or dirt and it was there! I would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast bar was amazing and so clean with staffers with mask clean as people left the bar. Amazing!
