Took kids to Kings island for a birthday party and closed down the indoor pool at the hotel that night.

Very clean room. Double beds were a bit too small for a family of 4. No continental breakfast offered.

This stay is right off the highway and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and things to do! I forgot my toothbrush and some razors for my girlfriend and they were kind enough to bring them to my room. It was also very quiet and soundproof even with kids on our floor. Everyone was nice and respectful, I will definitely come and stay here again every time I’m in Cincinnati!

Probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel itself is clean and the restaurant staff were amazing, but there was too much drama and the hotel didn't do anything about it. Apparently, there was a domestic dispute (family member punching his stepdaughter who was 15) and the hotel staff knew. The family caused such a scene that almost the entire hotel (and guests) got involved. They should have removed the family from the hotel. My daughter was exposed to the nonstop cussing and screaming. It was bad. Also, later that night around 10:30pm, our neighbors would not stop screaming and banging the walls. They ran up and down the hallways and continued to party. So incredibly rude. The hotel did nothing about it. I called nonstop for about 2 hours to let security know that we were trying to sleep. No one answered the phone the entire time. I called every single number listed... nothing. At this point it was 12:30am. It's almost like the hotel doesn’t care about the guests experience. I understand that the some things are out the the hotel's control, but the way they responded was absolutely unacceptable. We will never stay here again.

Well for starters there was a soccer tournament going on and the hotel was completely booked with nothing but a bunch of loud kids running around everywhere. Our room was 78 degrees inside and they told us there was nothing they could do and the hotel was sold out so they gave us a fan. The toilet was clogged when we got there and stayed clogged. For the price that I had to pay everything was completely unacceptable mainly the 78 degree room. It made for a very uncomfortable sleep. I will never return to this hotel again.

Great hotel. Was very accommodating to us as we had 4 rooms booked as family coming in for a funeral.

I had reserved a double room and paid for it in advance and received a confirmation email that my room was guaranteed for late check in. I was traveling with another adult and two children, so I was very irritated that when I went to check in the room I paid for was unavailable. The man at the front desk was very nice and did his best to accommodate us by having 2 roll away beds brought into the king bed room that was available. It made the room extremely crowded, but we were only staying one night so we made the best of it. The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was the best that I've ever had in a hotel. I do think that rooms should not be "guaranteed" when in fact they're not which lies more on Expedia than the hotel though.

My husband and I traveled to Cincinnati for a family reunion. We arrived quite late and noticed a lot of younger folks milling around the lobby. Apparently there was a large event in Mason and 6000 kids were staying at the hotel. These same kids thought it okay to run up and down the hallways at 3am. The following day, we mentioned the noise to the front desk, as well as asked them for a new coffee maker as ours was not working. When we returned to the hotel very late that day, our room had not been made up, the coffee maker had not been replaced and the kids were still running down the halls. I called the front desk immediately and an hour later they sent up a security woman with a bag of towels and a coffee maker. I spoke directly to her about the noise and she said she would take care of it. She did not. The next morning, my husband went down to the front desk to complain again and we were told there was nothing they could do and they would make certain our room was cleaned. Once again, when we returned our room was not made up and we had to call the front desk for new towels etc. Sydney offered us two free coffees the following morning, which we couldn't use because our flight out was early the next day. They refused to give any discounts regarding the continued noise or the lack of cleanliness because we had a low rate through orbitz. We will never again stay at a Marriott. Quite frankly for the rate we were paying I would have expected a bit more.
