The room was very clean, however, it reeked of cigarette smell and an unknown odor. I am a nonsmoker and smelt it immediately upon entering the room. Also metal drain stopper had a small twist on handle that was just sitting on the edge of the tub. I tried twisting it back on but couldn't. I reported to receptionist and was told maintenance staff would not be in until the morning. Another family member was able to fix for me. Staff were very polite and accommodating for task within their job description. They provided extra towels. Check in was easy. Pool very nice. Hallways and fixtures nice. Parking area lighted and pavement smooth. Also parking was close to hotel entrance. I liked the hot breakfast that was available and staff greeted me.

Our family of 9 stayed in this hotel while on a trip to the east coast. It was just a quick stop to sleep. We all slept fine, and the breakfast the next morning was wonderful. The downside was the low level of cleanliness in the rooms. The carpets were very stained and had crumbs, the nightstand table was dirty, and the bathroom floors were just filthy. Would not choose to stay here again.

This was a great spot to stay for visiting family in the area. It was clean, rooms were nice, staff was friendly, and it’s dog friendly which was perfect for us.

Stayed one night with my family in the 2 Queen bed suite. Hotel was new and room was very big. Breakfast the next morning was great.

We used this hotel for a family gathering and had several rooms. The hotel was clean and for the most part the hotel staff was pleasant. My son was impressed with the social hour in the evening and breakfast was so so. The staff around the breakfast area ignored most people down for breakfast. I also felt that on the weekends breakfast should be later than 6 to 9 am. Families are not moving at 6 am. They made sure to start shutting down breakfast exactly at 9, didn’t matter if people were still in the area.

My husband and I stay here every year when visiting family. It's reasonably priced and breakfast is included. Could use new carpet (stains in some places). But it is clean and the staff is very helpful. We will continue to stay there.

We were here on vacation for a week and it was wonderful. The place was spotless and immaculate. Hot breakfast every morning and during the week a wholesome evening dinner served in the lounge. The staff was amazing. Very pleasant and helpful and the customer service was exceptional. We have been to many hotels and this by far is one of the best we've stayed. Special thanks and round of applause to Mr. Montoya, Heather and the entire staff of Homewood Suites. You have made our family vacation most memorable. Look forward to seeing you again.
