I was initially impressed with enthusiasm, communication skills, and professional demeanor when I arrived to retrieve my reservation I am delighted to be writing this whoever that young man was the representative Front desk worker was I watch him handle a angry customer on the phone also check me and my family in and handle the 3 guest behind me you can tell that he is very reliable, dedicated, and eternally upbeat. His ability to calm angry or frustrated customers is unparalleled, and it is because of his excellence in this area that I repeatedly return to this hotel we need more people like him Without a doubt, I confidently recommend Sonesta es suits to all

I love them 😍 there the best hotel in the world clean kid friendly great 👍 staff they really make it feel like home I love this hotel and there worker I say book with them you will never go no where else

Great set up for families, especially if you have older kids with you. Great to have thr 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and separate living space. Only complaint was that it was a little run down...it had been cleaned, but needed to be updated and deep cleaned.

Came to Cleveland for a family trip. Check in was fine. No thrills, so don't come here expecting free breakfast, etc. Front lobby is closed between 11 pm and 8 am. If you don't show before 11 pm, they cancel your room.
Our first room was disgusting. Beds were made, but there was hair everywhere, food on the tables and it smelled. Clearly had not been cleaned. Called front desk, lady was very nice and she gave us a new room.
New room was much better. Very outdated (funiture, carpet, curtains) and still weird smells. Beds were comfy, looks like bathrooms and kitchen have had some updates.
Sunday morning, we had somone doing work outside our bedroom window. Kind of weird, you would think they would wait until after 11 when we check out.
Not sure I would go back, but I did love the layout and extra space for 5 people.

We had a stopover in town to visit family and traveling with our pet so we tried Sonesta. I was not familiar with the chain but the suite was wonderful. Checkin staff was very friendly. Spacious and pretty grounds to walk our dog. We liked the 1st floor location. Only comment is that there was sparse glassware and the shampoo/soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Would stay here again though!

While my home was undergoing renovations, I booked four nights at this cozy suite for my family. The two queen was spacious and had a kitchen that was very important. Our home was not ready after four days so we needed to extend our stay. Realizing there were no rooms available was very troubling. However, Lisa was very determined to help us with our situation and was able to extend us three more nights in the same suite. Throughout our stay we notice Lisa working around the clock at the front desk, pool area, laundry; everywhere. There was even a time she put on a security hat and bounce someone in order to protect her other guest 👮... At one point returning from dinner we witnessed Lisa assisting a guest that recently had surgery; from the vehicle into their suite. Now that is great customer service worth mentioning. The staff was very kind to my children and helpful as well but definitely want to recognize Lisa for going above and beyond.
I do recommend this for a stay in a situation similar to mine.
And encourage all guest to be considerate and turn in the towels...

When we first arrived there were no blankets and only 2 towels. No wash cloths for a family of 6. House keeping didn’t come in the entire 4 day stay so we had to go to the front desk to ask for basic materials like toilet paper.
The rooms are updated but the closet doors in ours were broken and the tub was caulked to hole the tub handle on. Which isn’t secure so it kept falling out if it got bumped.
The room was not swept and the bathroom had dead bugs and hair in it when we got there. I went in with a disinfectant before letting my kids shower.
The one time we went to the pool there were a few unruly loud kids in it that made it difficult for our family to enjoy it.

We stay here often because it is so convenient and we get the two bedroom which is perfect for our family- we all have enough beds, tv's and space while also having a sitting area and kitchen so we can have snacks and cold drinks during our stay.

The $500 deposit for the larger room is quite excessive. Traveling with my family and now I am $500 short. NEVER have I ever stayed at a hotel with the high of a "incidental" deposit. Beware and be prepared.
