Outdoor pool advertised it was open and upon arrival was informed it was closed. Pool towels never available at the pool, had to ask multiple times for towels and go to front desk to get them. No housekeeping for 2 night stay, unaware, had to go to desk for any additional.needs such as towels, blankets since no extra blankets available in room. Breakfast wasnt included, had to pay extra. The breakfast that was available didnt have great.options for kids. Showers outdated, showerhead barely working.

Wonderful place for a family getaway! We had a dance competition at the conference center and stayed at the hotel for the weekend. The room (2 queen suite) was spacious and clean, both pools were great, and breakfast was awesome with a good variety of choices. The grounds are beautiful with lovely flowers and landscaping. Complimentary Starbucks coffee in the lobby and a free litrle library were nice touches. We had a wonderful weekend stay here!

I was very pleased with our accomodations. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 kids. Everything was clean and well maintained. Plenty of property to walk around after our long drive. The breakfast was so nice. Nice selection. We will definitely stay there again.

This is the perfect place for a conference, family get away. Just a beautiful campus, great service. We didn’t make it to the pub onsite but on our list for when we are back in the area! Tucked away from the busy area.

This was my second time staying on this property. We stay here when we take our annual trip to the Columbus Zoo, which is about a 12 minute drive away. This hotel is very clean and family friendly. The staff is very kind and helpful, check-in is quick and easy. This is a great hotel to stay in if you're in the Columbus area but don't want to deal with the nightmare that is Columbus traffic.

The Admirals youth hockey group from Ontario Canada was extremely disrespectful. Knocking on our door and running many times between 10p-1am. Playing hockey in hallway right outside of door, refusing to stop. No supervision of the kids was provide from the adults; they were drinking in another room. Kids were wreaking havoc in the pool and fitness center. The entire group should have been removed from the premises but were permitted to continue to behave poorly despite multiple calls from many other guests. There was security in hall but nothing done. It was unquestionably the worst stay I’ve had here. Barely slept due to the noise, anxiety of retaliation, etc. I do hope this group was banned from ever staying here again. A refund would be nice.

On Sunday August 27th I called to speak with a manager and the manager on duty at 1:20pm was very rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. She didn’t provide me with her name when asked. This was the worse experience I have ever had with the hotel which makes me, my family & business partners NEVER want to stay there again!

Very nice room for family trip to Columbus zoo. Only issue I’d say was the fact there was no housekeeping and we had to go down to the front desk for any request. Other than that everyone was kind and our stay was great. Sofa bed was a little old, but that seems to happen at most hotels.
