When we arrived we were checked in promptly, however at check in we were informed there was a $10 parking fee per night, which was not disclosed at time of booking so it was a surprise.
The room was clean and very neat. The bed was comfortable and the shower was vwry spacious. There were 2 extra towels per our request which was very kind.
The hottub was much needed after a night out on the town, however there were many small children jumping in and out and it wasnt 100% relaxing. The pool was clean ans nice to cool off in before heading to our room for the night.
We wanted to order breakfast but the cost was extremely high even for hotel standards. If we had wanted two eggs, a meat, a bread and a drink it would have been $35 for two people plus 24% gratuity. We found breakfast away from the hotel for $25 and both of us were full.
Overall we give our stay 4 stars.

Chose hotel based on wanting a pool for my child and a hot tub for me. Pool area had SO much chlorine it was burning guest eyes, hot tub was Luke warm. Room we received had a view of the roof with spot lights that lit up the room, even pulling the curtain closed there was always light that came in. There was not even free coffee downstairs it’s $2.95 for a small cup! Basically you were nickel and dined for everything, bottle waters in the room large print say something about refresh yourself, small print it’s $2.00 per bottle. Beds were very hard. Talked to a lady at the desk an all she said was I’m so sorry about that.

We stayed in a king suite. Room was wonderful! The problem here this weekend is the basketball tournament and dozens of kids running around the lobby, screaming, and also outside of the hotel. We could not hear the agent at check in.
Had a difficult time with communication. The noise was deafening.
Thankfully, on the 9th floor, there was no noise. No way could we dine at the restaurant hotel.

The building was excellent, check in staff was a little distant. Bed was moderately comfortable and the bathroom could use a little TLC. But overall, very nice EXCEPT for the people staying there. Parents drinking and kids running up and down the halls until midnight. So frustrating when you are a mom just wanting a little peace and quiet and to get away a bit. Staff was very understanding and tried to move me to a quieter floor. Unfortunately, it was happening there too. Still, I got to meet the amazing Mike, part of the staff. He generously helped me move luggage around and was so kind and courteous. He talked about people just abusing hotels and let kids run rampant. nevertheless, he was a joy to talk with and so very helpful. So shout out to Mike!

Our bathroom was dirty and we were kept up all night by barking dogs in the room next to us. Ver frustrating and disappointing as we paid good money for our room and had kids with us.

Woke up to the loudest fire alarm ever, and it was only in our room. Mind you, we have two kids with us too. Needless to say it took about 20 minutes to get it shut off and ears rang for hours after- unbelievably loud! Front desk didn’t even apologize- just stated “yeah we’re aware of it, what do you want us to do”. .

The remodeled facility was very nice and the staff very helpful. My family and I enjoy going to the hotel every Labor Day for a weekend vacation. Just wish there were no food options for the breakfast in the business lounge.

We stay in town because we have family here. Upon checking, I was not told by the front desk to use the privacy sign if I did not plan on checking out hours before the actual check out time. Today I got woke up not once but TWICE by housekeeping. I called the front desk and asked why I was being woke up when check out was noon. I was told if I didn’t have the privacy sign on the door then they come around knocking. Why don’t they verify who has checked out?!
So all in all, if you decide to stay here and you aren’t getting up and out by 8 am (although check out is NOON) make sure you use the privacy sign. Completely ridiculous and I’ve never encountered this policy elsewhere. And yes I admit, I am a bit grumpy today … thanks housekeeping…

We had a great stay at the Hilton. The check in was quick and easy. Our room was very clean, although the shower curtain did smell a little musty. Our kids loved the pool while we enjoyed the hot tub. They were quick to refill the pool towels when requested also. Would recommend to others and stay again.
