Cambria Hotel Columbus - Polaris

First night some kid pulled fire alarm and it went off for hours. Spigot for shower did not close all the way so more water went down then up. Fridge did not work. Pool area was noisy, small, and smelled way to strong of chlorine and the door lock was broken. For breakfast we were charged 4 times and have not been refunded yet. Will be contacting the hotel directly for money back for stay.

We liked cleanliness of most of the hotel. The room was spotless!! We were not willing to pay so much to eat there so we went somewhere and ate. The hot tub had nasty brown bubbles and there was at least 10 children in it. I was not happy as i was really looking forward to relaxing in it.

10:45 Friday nite with the bar full of people, went up to order a beer and was told she had already closed her register. Saturday, bartender said he would be with us in a minute and went and waited on a girl that had come up after us. He was terrible at mixing drinks and allowed the kids from the little league baseball team staying there sit at the bar. Very unprofessional. Room was average at best, torn curtain and furniture beat up a little, but worse was getting a handicap room and not having a tub. We are not handicapped and did not need or want that room.

Great stay for my daughter’s bday party with friends and family. We had 3 rooms and our request to be joined in 2 rooms and the other close by was accommodated. Breakfast was food and the amenities like the pool and hot tub, location and ease of booking were all appreciated.

My husband and I was told about this hotel by a friend that is was good, so we had to give it a try and I'm so very glad we did. We were skeptical because of the price was so reasonable, but it was over and beyond what we expected. Clean rooms and well maintained with good service as well. We were more than pleased with our stay, we will stay here again. Only thing was the kids running in the hallways and over our head next time, I will try the pool area. The other kids took over this trip.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. My kids loved the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom. The fact that it was located right by a Cabela's was a HUGE bonus for us.

Perfect for what we needed it for a great price. We were just passing through. Needed a place to stay, swim with the kids and office space for my wife. Excellent overall. Checked all the boxes

Quick 1 night stay while we were in Columbus for State Choir for my daughter. Drove 20 minutes out of our way to give this hotel another try. We had originally stayed at this hotel a few years ago for the first time, because of their heated pool, so my kids could swim during the winter. But during that stay, the heater was not working on the pool and it was freezing cold and they were pretty disappointed. We almost didn't book here again because of that reason. However, we are glad we gave it another try. The pool heater was working this time, and the hot tub was great as well. My kids had a great time! Caleb was very nice at the front desk. The complimentary muffins at breakfast were fantastic! The blonde headed lady that worked the dining area that morning was extremely sweet to my family and my kids! They really enjoyed talking to her and she made sure they had everything they needed. Great customer service from her. Check out was easy as well. Hotel was not over crowded and its in a perfect location to have a safe family getaway. Not to mention, a short walk to Cabelas. Easy check in, very clean rooms, comfy beds, great staff, great location, great restaurant inside, and easy check out, and most important, a great nightly rate compared to other hotels in the area. Highly recommend Cambria to others staying in the area.

We were home visiting family. It was the perfect location! Hotel was clean & comfortable. We had wifi difficulty regularly during our 3 day stay. Room service is provided every 3rd day so you have to ask for any additional linen needs. Staff was friendly & helpful.food was average.

My experience for the 1st time was awesome. The staff was accommodating and their were so many areas to enjoy family and privacy. We really enjoyed the professionalism and the cleanliness of the hotel overall and the rooms as well.
