Pros:
1. The staff was courteous, responsive and helpful.
2. A clean room with all the necessary amenities to get a good night's sleep.
3. The staff was kind and provided an option for a early check-in.
Cons:
1. Lot of waiting near the elevators. One was broken down causing further delays.
2. No ventilation/fan inside the washroom. It's a big negative for families.
3. Staff forgot to refill the empty shower gel in bathroom. we had to ask someone to send one up.
4. A safety deposit box is not available.
summary: Overall a decent experience but a little too pricey for what we received in return.

We really liked this hotel. The size and layout of the room was great for our family of 5. The bed was comfortable. Everything seemed clean. The outside pool was really fun cause it was summer but could be a bummer any other season. I wish they had an ice machine instead of having to ask for ice!

Stayed here before and it lived up to previous good experience. I had mistakenly booked a handicapped accessible room and thought the couch was a pullout for my kids to sleep in. It wasn’t, and when i went to front desk to inquire about options, they immediately gave us a different room. So helpful and a smooth transition. We really appreciated it.

Our vacation was supposed to be a nice family vacation with my family from Ohio. When we first got there we knew it was going to be busy based on the amount of cars in the parking lot. What we didn't expect was all the issues that would take place inside. The first night was a nightmare trying to unload our car and take everything up to our room on the 5th floor. The one elevator was not working and the only working one took forever to go from floor to floor. As we were about to get on the elevator a bunch of little girls from a softball team we're running around the hotel and got on. Their parents were downstairs drinking and playing cards not even watching their kids as they roamed the entire hotel. I only wish staff would have addressed this for the families trying to have a relaxing weekend. Due to this issue we decided to take the stairs, which wouldn't have been so bad if I wasn't recovering from Pneumonia and had family members with other underlying health issues staying too. As we began to get settle we decided to put the air conditioner on and plug in our phones since we had a long drive from Pennsylvania. However, half the outlets didn't work in the bedroom and the only one that did had a very slow charge. The fridge was nice but barely kept our food cold and the ice started backing up freezing and ruining our food. Every night when we got back, we tried re-adjusting out air conditioning but the room was hot and muggy. The same issues were for my family as well.

Place is confortable, clean. The room felt spacious for two adults and two kids. Not mayor disruptions. Breakfast (esp. during weekends) can get a little bit tight for the amount of people booked in the hotel. It seems there's not enough space dedicated to eat. There's a NASC supercharger nearby if you take your EV and the hotel provides with free charge for both NASC and CCS.

The bathroom needs better ventilation there was water dripping off the ceiling with hairs and it was gross. Also, we didn't realize there would be no cleaning services or towel refresh during our stay- it would have been nice to know that in advance so that we didn't put dirty towels on the floor to be removed. It was very hard to determine if the bedding for the pull out was clean or dirty- I was worried about my kids sleeing there. Trash was not taken out from the night before in the lobby/common areas and it was apparant there was heavy fdrinking going on- garbage cans overflowing with beer cans stc.
Not what you want to see at 6 AM. Front desk staff was very nice and accomodated us to get us fresh towels. We registered having six guests and we only had four bath towels and two washcloths in our room. Also, something is very very wrong with the elevator - it would stop between floors for a few minutes and you would be trapped. It sounded pretty bad- may want to have that looked at.

We stayed here to be close to the total eclipse. This hotel was impeccably clean and worked well for a family of 6 to stay there. That being said, the bathroom is tiny and inconvenient to change in. There is no microwave in the room.. The breakfast was appreciated, but the sausage was not hot and they kept running out of things. I think they did a good job, being they were booked to capacity. The town has all the amenities and the hotel is about 15 minutes from the zoo.

I wrote a note in Expedia and called the hotel after making the reservation specifically saying we needed adjoining rooms. 4 cousin kids that didn’t want to be split up.
We were not given request
