Holiday Inn Express & Suites Raleigh Airport - Brier Creek, an IHG Hotel

Everything was perfect! My family and I enjoyed it!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly we didn’t have any problems. It was nice and quiet and we will be coming back. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The staff greeted my family and I with warmth and the willingness to help us get checked in and accommodate with anything we may need while staying there.

When we checked in the staff was rude, didn’t let us know how to get the Wi-Fi or where the elevator or room was we had to ask questions to get anything, staff was not helpful or friendly. Acted like we were trash because the person that came in behind us was treated very nice and was told where everything was how to use the Wi-Fi and the time of breakfast and where to go. Got to the room there was trash under the bed and the blinds didn’t work. The next morning we came down for breakfast my 7 year old had dropped some cereal on the floor and the lady that was working that morning which was on Friday the 8th of July came by and I heard her say very rudely (I just cleaned under that table) she came back with a broom and dust pan and pulled my 7year old out from the table while she was eating and proceeded to clean under the table, I asked her what she was doing and she said that if her manager saw the mess she would think she wasn’t doing her job. And then proceeded to say I left the table pulled out so u could get in. I know I’m not skinny but I’m not fat either and did not appreciate the comment nor did I think it was appropriate to touch my child while she was eating. I said to the lady that I wasn’t sitting on that side of the table and didn’t like her comment. I also said that I’m sure if her manager saw a 7 year old eating she would understand the spill and that I had planned to pick it up, I’m not a slob and I do clean up our messes. Overall bad experience.

Very accesible to all surrounding areas. The Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good not great, but we were very satisfied with cleaniness and service of breakfast staff. If they added waffle maker it I would have been perferct. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool.

Best stay we have ever experienced! Not only was the rate great but we were overly impressed at the cleaningness and comfort of our room. Will definitely be staying here again and recommending to family and friends.

Place was okay overall, and most of the staff was very professional and friendly. The first room had a clogged shower drain, so the first night it took us several hours to shower due to waiting on the water from the previous shower to drain. They were nice and moved us to a new room. The second room was bigger and nicer. There was a bad odor and one of the blankets were ripped open. Also, there was a kid in the room above us that ran around most of the night, keeping a crazy amount of noise.
