Loved the free games in the front room, and the pool was great! A perfect "staycation" with our pup and toddler! Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the late check out time of 12pm is so helpful when you're juggling a family!

Great property. We were 2 families returning from OBX vacation. It was nice to have fresh hot showers. The adults had a cocktail at the bar while the teens played pool. The pool & exercise room we’re utilized also. It was quiet, easy parking & the staff was courteous. Ashton took good care of us & everyone else checking in.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a very energetic lobby. Lots of things to do for family such as the pool, a pool table, outdoor seating and they also had a nice lounge. I love the fact that it was very quiet on the floors the staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early as they had a room available. My only suggestion is that the hotel invest in quality linens in the rooms.

For the price I prefer other hotels in the area. The lobby was great (the kids enjoyed playing pool) and clean. The room was not. The floor was dirty near the entry and bathroom. The room was not put together well. It looked like a rush job to get the room completed. Shower control mount was WAY off center, the door to the hallway was missing a good inch and a half on the bottom (this probably has something to do with AC circulation) but you can see outside and I would think would be a fire hazard and you can look under the door. The top cabinets were uneven and not lined up. The bed was uncomfortable all of us had back aches in the morning. Staff was SUPER friendly though. If you buy ‘breakfast’ be aware that you get two $10 vouchers to their little store where you can by a cup of cereal for $2.50 or a danish, toast etc. coffee is provided. The room was small … but that doesn’t bother me it was just for sleeping… the pool was VERY small. Again we didn’t have time to use it so that was not an issue but if you are traveling with kids and plan to use it be aware. I would not stay here again… and not sure I would stay at another Aloft hotel given the construction of the room and the uncomfortable beds. The location was good though. Very convenient.

We enjoyed staying at Aloft with our two children under 2 years old. Aloft furnishes everything you need and then some. The cleanliness was over the top and service was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
The electrical switches were quirky and did not make much sense, but that was basically a non-issue. It did not bother us.

We had to stay here unexpectedly when we lost power due to a local storm. Staff was very friendly and warm. Room was clean and great size. In a great area close to retail and food. And they allow dogs for free! This was a perfect since we have a small dog and have no family to help us out with him. Would definitely stay here again when on a real vacation lol

Everything was great—the staff, cleanliness, lobby, airport shuttle. The only bad thing was that the pool was closed. There was no indication of this on the site before I booked, or else I would’ve booked with another hotel as my kids were excited for the pool.

We are dual military moving to Hawaii and booked this room weeks in advance, checked in early prior to our arrival, only to have the hotel say they were over booked and we had to move to another location 7 miles away. We are traveling with two children under 6 and it was close to their bedtime. The hotel promised to cover the expenses for the inconvenience but when we showed up to the other location they knew nothing of the Aloft picking up the payment. Not at all how we wanted to start our long trip.
