The hotel is amazing. There’s only one thing that bothered us and that was the elevator was broken. The delays for all the gas to use one elevator was unacceptable. We gave up and finally walk down the steps with all of our luggage and little children.

Our family of 6 heading to Costa Rica booked the Park n’ Fly package - guess what? No Shuttle available to take us the morning of our flight. We were promised a Shuttle from the Hotel or the Sister Property, Embassy Suites. There was no driver at Embassy Suites and we were not given the Shuttle promised at 4:30am for RDU Airport. It was a huge debacle. Poor service snd front desk did not seem to care.

Very nice hotel! Room was spacious as was bathroom. Breakfast was perfect! I will stay here from now on when I visit family.

Our stay was fantastic from arrival to departure service was great. The location and accessibility to shopping and restaurants made our trip even better. The hotel offered a location for parents to relax and our kids had ample room to play and enjoy friends. The only negative aspect of our stay was the beds were not the best and the scarcity of parking at night

Thank you for your hospitality. Our room size was amazing for working moms like myself. Stroller, baby, family, we were all very happy with the room size and cleanliness. We look forward to our next stay. 5 stars hotel in Brier Creek, Raleigh NC!
