The staff was wonderful and my family and I felt welcomed. The staff had a list of restaurants and they made great suggestions that the kids enjoyed.

I requested a suite, and got a double bed room. The beds were full size, which are too small when shared with another. Hotel was totally booked, so we couldn’t change. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there if traveling with a family. Rooms and beds were too small!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, made us feel welcome. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The facility overall was also very clean. My only hesitance in rating it excellent for all measures is the pool. Online the pictures of the pool make it look normal, but in person you would be lucky to fit a family of four in the pool together!

I didn’t like that the elevators were broken pretty much my whole stay so my family and I had to take the luggage up and down flights of stairs
