It was an ok stay. Payment was supposed to be made at the hotel but they charged us early Thursday…for more than the bill was supposed to be. They did not do daily room cleaning. We were there for 5 days so had an overflow of garbage and sopping wet towels. The pillows were AWFUL! Asked for a room not on the first floor, near the elevator…we were placed on the first floor and far away from the elevator. Todd, the gentleman in charge of breakfast did a fabulous job. He went above and beyond his role. Very friendly and hospitable. He greeted each guest and offered suggestions for things to do in the area. He truly enjoyed playing with the kids that came down for breakfast and couldn’t sit still. He seemed to really enjoy his job.

Decent property to stay at on the cheap but wouldn’t recommend families going unless you enjoy the scent of marijuana and stumbling into teenagers drunk laying on hallway floor. One convenient feature of this hotel is the constant wake up call every few hours of the freight train horn as the track seem to run through the actual hotel. Another neat feature of this hotel is the need to reprogram your room keys everyday because they just stop working. Only good part is the close proximity to PNC arena but besides that meh!!

Staff was snarky on two separate occasions. :( Carpets in the halls were dirty and not cleaned the whole time we were there, room was average but the lights did not work unless you had the wall switches pointed in certain ways like Tetris blocks, the AC could not keep the room cooler than 74* and the beds were as hard as brick bats- they were SO TINY only full size-not at all queen size, trains pulling through at all hours rumbling and blowing horns (that was not stated in the reviews prior to us booking), the pool was as cloudy and cold as a foggy mist on a dreary midnight in the dead of winter in the middle of Alaska- no hot tub, breakfast was ok enough- could have had more options for children. Overall just an ok stay, certainly not the best Wyndham we have ever stayed in but served it's purpose I guess. Probably will not stay there again with the variety of other options for the same price range.

Went out there to see a hockey game at PNC arena. Super close and convenient. Had plenty of parking, indoor pool was awesome and breakfast was great. Brought my toddler with us and they provided the pack and play for her to sleep in. If going out to see a hockey game and enjoy a nights stay this is the place.

We went for just an overnight stay with 2 of our grandchildren, and our room was clean and quiet. The property was also close to the convention center where we attended the Fire Expo.

I had to call front desk to complain and the people above my room. The kids ran all night from side to side above my room. The next morning that's all i heard again running.

It's a common hallway on each floor, but it was clearly worn out and dirty on ours. They left enough towels for one persons, but we reserved the room as a family of four.

I stayed here for 1 night. We were on a family road trip from Florida to Boston. It was clean and the room was comfortable. They offered a varied complimentary breakfast. I would recommend.
