Great and painless check-in. The room was available and had more than enough space to host our family of four.

This was the first night of our trip on our way to the mountains to meet the rest of our family. We always love Hyatt Place whether it is just my husband and i or my adult travels with us, the accommodations are always superb. The suite is large and has a sitting area with a desk . It also has a nice large screen TV. Hyatt Place also allows us to bring along our little mini pom, also which is a big plus!

First time in Cary and we loved it. Beautiful parks and great places to eat and walk around. A lot of shopping and restaurants. Visited family and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Close to a lot of stores. We rented a car so that was a plus. Definitely recommend this hotel.

In town for the football game, we reserved a king-size suite to accomodate a family of four several weeks ahead in advance. The cost was $300. The good - it is in a very nice area albeit in an office park so there are not any night time activities in walking distance. The staff was for the most part attentive and courteous. The bad - the room is laid out extremely weird. One example is the bathroom door opens into the toilet so you have to sidestep the commode to enter the room. Additionally, dry towels are stored on a shelf in the actual shower as space does not allow anywhere else. The room is showing some decay despite the hotel appearing to be relatively new. Drywall is cracked around the AC and the bathroom had some loose tile. Specific to our stay, as mentioned this was for a family of four yet the room only had three pillows. When we requested an extra, we were told none were available - remember we paid $300! Upon checking in, I inquired about a military / gov't rate and was told that is supposed to be done in advance over the phone. Yet when I tried calling to book, I was told they do not offer special rates which is how I ended up using this site. (I understand it is peak season in regards to football but why even bother in the first place?) I would consider staying here again albeit at a very reduced price.

Nice corporate location so it's quiet on a weekend (we stayed over on a Saturday). Modern hotel. Staff was good. Unfortunately, we had a family with young kids and an infant (crying at times) above us; they were running around for hours into the night. When hotel has limited occupancy, like when we stayed there, shouldn't put anyone underneath a family with youngsters. Got very limited sleep. Breakfast disappointing -- yogurt but no granola, below-grade bagels. Bathroom in room is way too small and needs updating.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed it! Very safe and quiet! So up to date! We had a suit which was great for me my husband and all 3 kids! I do believe the bathroom countertop area needs to be later and a full length mirror added!

Overall not bad, minus the coachroach. The manager could have handled that different instead of making up excuses that these things happen. Sorry I travel alot and have never had this issue. Also because i booked through hotel.com and wasnt a Hyatt member there was nothing they could do. Pool isnt the biggest but it was nice on a hot weekend. Had some people complain that the kids were being too loud but well it is a pool and kids arent there to just lay around. Breakfast was decent.
