A baby roach was on the bathroom floor the first morning. There were holes in the walls and ripped up outlets. Carpet was horribly stained and gross. The bathroom shower purposefully poured water into the center of the bathroom to drain which made it a horrible experience to try and get dressed for work in the mornings with the bathroom full of puddles!

The hotel and room is old/outdated. The hotel and room have a dusty/moldy/mildew smell to them. The carpet was stained. The tub had a stain in it. Furniture was old, worn and scratched up. My family was supposed to come for a night, but the room and hotel was too undesirable to subject them such conditions.

Our family stayed one night to attend a concert in town. Perfect location to the event and food options. The staff was very kind upon arrival. Parking was easy, plenty of spaces. The property looks like they'll be doing updates....hopefully, its definitely in need. The room furniture is worn out and our tub definitely needed replacing. The beds for us were not comfortable at all. Too hard for our comfort. Everyone has their likes on mattresses though. Everything was clean and tidy!

Stayed with my family five years ago and was disappointed that the carpets were so dirty!!! We stayed on the fifth floor and when we go off the elevator the ceiling was peeling. Will I come back? Of course! Breakfast was great! Staff was great! Just replace the carpets👍 Also no problem with the price. You get what you pay for and it was way better then our last stay at Micotel in Gassaway West Virginia. Hey how about hiring my wife and I and we can visit motels and give you our honest opinion 👍 We both are retired👍 MAKE IT A GREAT DAY👍

I was admitted to the hospital and wanted a place close by for my family that had a variety of restaurants and shopping nearby. I also did not know how long I would be there and the hotel staff was so accommodating, friendly and professional. Very clean, nicely appointed, great parking and safety was of no concern,

Located very close to family we were visiting. Hotel staff was excellent and it appears there is very good management at the hotel as everyone from the desk clerk to maintenance was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very clean and the area is quiet.
