Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh Downtown

The front desk staff was so amazing. They said hello and goodbye every time we came and went. They also really loved asking the kids and us about our cosplay for the convention we were going to.

We had booked this property for 5. 2 adults and 3 kids and the website said the room slept 5. When we checked in, I had asked if there was a pullout couch or anything in the room and the person at the front desk mentioned that it probably assumes 3 people would be in one bed. Not realizing how difficult that would be, we made due and went to our room. It ended up being very inconvenient and not an enjoyable experience at all. I mentioned this on our way out in the morning and the new front desk attendant mentioned we could've asked for a rollaway bed. The website should not say that this room fits 5 people and the night attendant should've have offered a rolloway bed.
