Very good family friendly place to stay. It's right on the beach with a beautiful view and has covered parking which is also nice so you don't have to pay to park on the street. Housekeeping daily brings you clean towels and takes the trash. Will clean up your room as well if you want. Super awesome location. Would definitely come back. Great for families that want to fish as well because it's right beside the fishing pier. Not a roach in sight. Very clean room and bathroom.

The silver gull has been a Wrightsville beach staple for decades. My mother stayed here many times while I was in college so I returned with my family just for the weekend. The room was comfortable and clean and we had a great stay.

Don’t recommend for families with toddlers. Balconies are definitely not high enough and railings not narrow enough to stop a toddler climbing over/through.

So convenient for our kids to access and play on the beach ..I do wish they had a pool. I have a skin condition that doesn't allow me to be in the sun and a pool for nighttime use would have been nice.
