Amazing quick trip with the kids. The place is always very welcoming and the staff are super nice. We will always come back.

This property was not clean! My family and I recently stayed here and the bathroom was gross!! I had to clean it before we could use it. The mini kitchen area was disgusting. The space was small and I expected so much more. We left the property two days early. Staff was friendly though. This place needs an upgrade on their facility pronto!!

The beach was nice. The receptionists were nice. We were in room 213. The bed was too soft. It appeared that an attempt was made to boost up the sunken middle of the bed with something very firm. Our room's floor was dirty with sand and hair before we even went to the beach. We booked for 2 adults and 2 children. There were no linens for the sofa bed. Not enough towels and washcloths. The shower head was loose from the wall and appeared to be close to falling off. Only 2 bowls in kitchenette and not enough glasses/cups for all. The restaurant service was extremely slow. It took over an hour to get our breakfast food. Lunch took over 45 min, and the restaurant wasn't busy either time. One of our party's lunch order was given away to someone else.

The hotel room was nice. It was just too many decorations for it to be a place to stay. They had every piece of wall everything just with knickknacks and decoration, which can be a hazard if you have small children my issue with them is that upon leaving i forgot and left my box of jewelry. It contain about $400 worth of jewelry a watch some rings earrings and things like that. I called the hotel several times to try to see if housekeeping turn it and no one returned my call the manager would not call me back just very unprofessional. I would never stay at a place like this again, where the manager cannot give you a call back or were the housekeeping workers are thieves if you stay there be careful of your personal property because there are criminals Who work there

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The staff was always very pleasant and responsive to guest needs. There was a problem with the A/C in our suite when we checked in. I called the front desk and within minutes maintenance was there and quickly fixed the problem. The suite itself, a Deluxe King, was just ok. The floors were not clean and the sofa bed was worn, torn and very dirty. It seemed that the sinks and vanities had been updated, but the tub/shower are in serious need of cleaning and replacement. The bed was comfortable and the rest of the furnishings were ok. The view was beautiful and the property and pools are very nice. The beach is fantastic and very family friendly. Because we expected the suite to be in better condition for a "deluxe", I think that we'll look for somewhere else to stay next year.

Too expensive to what we got! We enjoyed the beach and the pool. Staff were professional but not as friendly as we used to see before. Housekeeping services is limited and upon request but the assigned lady was very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness is not bad but not great either! We travel with children, the dining options are very limited. Other than the beach and the pool, there’s nothing to do

My stay was terrible never got towels refreshed an umbrella flew and hit my 7 month old baby and no one even cared they literally just looked at me and walked away I can’t even make This up!! This morning when I checked out they had over 500 in charges to my room that I didn’t make!

Our accommodations overlooked the ocean and was quiet. The bedroom was spacious with 2 double beds. The kitchenette had basic amenities including a microwave, stove top and full-size refrigerator/freezer. The closest coffee shop was about a 45 minute walk but enjoyable. The restaurant offered a decent selection of items and was good. Overall a nice place for a couple or a family.

Room 616 is below standard. Sofa was filthy and worn down and uncomfortable, linens were stained and ac was out for hours. No fan definitely in need of an update. We were here for graduation for a grandchild and I was 2 week out from postop cancer surgery. Couldn’t lay on couch and couldn’t stay in without ac. Pretty miserable.
