Embassy Suites Raleigh - Durham/Research Triangle

Took my kiddos here for a staycation before school and the hotel was such a hit! The pool was very nice and the breakfast buffet was amazing!

The only issue we had was that my wife and I are handicapped and when we arrived there was a wedding going on. We had to park pretty far away from the hotel. other than that, the hotel was fabulous and the kids loved the spacious room and open atrium layout! It was a great night swimming in the pool and handing out together as we carried on a long trip home to Rochester NY from South Carolina. Will look to stay again the next time we drive down!

Excellent stay with 3 kids, 2 pets, breakfast included and a pool, everything was 100%! Would definitely book again!

Due to car trouble, we made a last second, unexpected stop at the Embassy Suites. It worked out perfectly! Our kids could swim to pass the time, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the spacious suite was just what we needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well! Our stop certainly wasn’t planned, but the Embassy Suites made up for the hiccup in our vacation travel.

Great customer service both times I have stayed here. The first time, we had to add on a night last minute and they accommodated us and let us stay in the same room. This time they gave me a crib to use for my baby, so I could leave my pack and play at home.

Despite arriving late, we still received a warm welcome from the front desk and they were extremely polite and helpful. The room was clean and our children enjoyed the stay.

We had four generations staying in 6 rooms. Across the board we agreed that we had the perfect stay during our family get together.

The hotel and staff within the hotel were beyond our expectations. The shuttle to the airport was shocking and dangerous to our family. The driver, “Hause”, came speeding into the entry/drop off area causing people to rush out of the way. He was yelling that he was late and we had to hurry. He threw our bags into the back and told us to hurry up. I asked him to wait but he got angry. My spouse and 16 year old daughter couldn’t get their seat belts on fast enough before the driver sped off causing even more people to dash out of the way of the van, not even fully stopping at stop signs. I was desperately trying to help my daughter get her seat belt on as the van was speeding and aggressively swerving. The drive to the airport was stressful and felt very unsafe as the van was tailgating, swerving and revving at a high rate. I’m not sure how fast he was driving but we were nervous he could crash with his aggression. The rest of the hotel staff was very kind and welcoming.
