Omg while you sleep, you can heard the elevator, our family can’t sleep, the room Was very small, will never stay there again

My stay was awesome. The only thing I noticed was the shower was not clean. There was hair in it. Other than that I felt comfortable and I would recommend your hotel to all of my friends and family

I liked this location of this hotel and the hotel was somewhat well upkept. I will say that the loud children in the room above us up all night the first night was a problem. As was the loud screaming children in the pool with their shoes on. The last night we tried to use the pool and hot tub and there was a couple in the pool with loads of alcohol and basically dry humping. I am surprised the hotel allowed this and didn't stop this weird rude and very dangerous behavior. There were plastic liquor bottles and caps all over and they were blasting horribly loud music. I think overall the location is good and there are green areas to walk your dogs. However, the noise within floors is terrible and the loud kids and weird drunks really put a damper on enjoying the amenities that are a part of the higher price of this hotel.

Major customer service miss: the entire area was under a boil water alert, but no one told us this when we checked in. That would have been nice information for our family to have before brushing our teeth and giving our dog tap water. Fortunately, none of us got sick. But the only reason we found out was because I overheard someone else talking about it at the bar. Contaminated water is something you really ought to tell people about when they arrive. Otherwise, it was fine. The staff was friendly. The food's pretty good. The place was clean and quiet. Not exactly a 4 star experience – I'd give it a solid 3. The water was obviously the city's fault, not the hotel's, but that really should have been communicated.
