All flights were canceled going into Asheville due to a global Microsoft upload failure . It was impossible for me to get there but they still charged me even though I called as soon as I knew I wasn't going to be able to make it. Double disappointed missing my sons first child's baby shower

Hotel was clean and decent but the pool that they say is heated is freezing cold. Left for some very disappointed kids. The staff was the real reason for the 2 stars. Awful customer service. Maribel who was the server in the breakfast room which you pay extra for was just miserable. Extremely rude and unfriendly. Won’t be staying here again due to the poor customer service.

I was visiting family for the Easter break. The hotel was really nice. I had no problem checking in or out. My room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I love the pillows. I felt like I was sleeping on clouds. Thanks for a great experience. I will absolutely stay again when I visit again.
