We were passing thru from Ohio to go to Myrtle Beach. Had 3 rooms. 13 guests. Overall the service was great. I gave the rooms a 4 for cleanliness as one room had 2 dirty towels red stains on them hanging on back of the door in bathroom upon arrrival. We found a pill (looked like a percocet under one of our beds) we found it as my 2 year old grandson was standing not even 3 inches from it. We took our complaint to front desk and was offered an apology for it. I requested a comp or credit for at least one of the rooms however was told due to rooms already being paid for they couldnt do that. Not acceptable. I am contacting their main office to discuss. Breakfast was really good . The kids loved the pool. Overall though besides those 2 hiccups we would stay here again.

Not a luxurious hotel but met our family’s needs for 2 nights. Free breakfast was very nice. Room and hotel was clean. Only complaint is parking lot. Very small lot that’s hard to maneuver. The spots are door ding close together. Can’t imagine parking a large truck or full size SUV here. The area is good. Lots of nearby restaurants, grocery store with Starbucks is walkable. Outlet mall is a car drive across the street.

Are you kidding me -There was No toilet paper in bathroom and I had to go get it from the front desk . No Shower curtain in shower ?

This hotel is consistantly clean and the staff friendly. I like the convenience of being near the Asheville Outlet Mall and Biltmore Estate. My family enjoys the breakfast. The only complaint I have is that the mattresses are too firm to be comfortable for my family.

We liked the hotel. Clean and courteous staff. The included breakfast was good and is a help when travelling with kids and on a budget. Great place for families or business travelers.

The cleaning staff was incredibly polite and kind. Our only issue is it didn’t feel like a kid friendly place: we felt almost as though the check-in gentleman was upset that we had our kids with us. Even our kids noticed.

We try to stay at this hotel when we travel to Asheville. It is consistently clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We like the convenience of being across from Asheville Outlets as well as about 15 minutes to Biltmore Estate. Breakfast is good and part of what makes the hotel a good value. The rooms have been recently redecorated. The mattresses are too firm for me, but do not bother my family.

Lynn at the front desk went above and beyond. My check in was quick and easy. She helped me with directions and gave me great places to visit. I felt I was treated like family with her. Very professional and polite.

I went to Asheville to meet an friend. I had a great time the hotel was central to everything we did. The lady at the front desk put me at the end of the hall to keep me away from the kids staying the weekend there. She didn’t have to do that but I won’t complain about the quiet and peace I had. I’m planning another trip in the fall and will definitely be coming back there to stay.
