The entire staff was amazing. What possessed anybody to put us in Room 123, next to the ballrooms, is beyond me. On the Friday night, a family reunion. Alls good because we had no plans the next day so the music and loudness was ok. However, on Saturday night, a 6 piece band started at 5pm and we had a 6:00 am flight on Sunday morning. We called front desk and asked them to close their door, which was right across ours, and they didn’t. My husband went to the front desk and had us moved at 8:30 when we couldn’t sleep or handle the noise right outside our door!

Excellent place to stay while traveling as a family and having our dog with us. Pet friendly is huge for us and they made it super easy for our stay.

This placs was perfect for my kids and i to have a little mini family vacay! It was very clean, the breakfast was actually delicious! I loved the convenient location and the staff service was great too! 10/10 would recommend people to stay here everytime! The pricing was phenomenal for the stay! Cant wait to go back!

The front desk staff was very friendly. The elevator was out of order and we were not notified. Our family had to carry our luggage to the third floor. Each time we left we had to come and go by the steps. We were there Wednesday through Saturday. Upon departing we heard the manager calling people to notify them that they could go across the street to their sister hotel. We were not offered this option. Its sad because I could give them five stars easily. The elevator being down was a major inconvenience

This was a great option for me and my family of 5 for our one night stop. We brought my daughter’s dog without a problem. We were comfortable and well fed the next morning at the continental breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of walkable dining options.

Just off the interstate. Comfortable and clean. Complimentary breakfast with varied selections. Large Outlet Mall mere steps away. Close to area activities and scenic explorations. Good choice for a family or traveler.

Very loud cars and truck literally on top of the pool area. Guy walking around the lobby with a pit bull not on a lease. Really? I have little ones that wanted to pet it. Thank God I was paying attention.
