This is a hotel that seems oriented to conferences and family stays. It has a lot of amenities but needs some updating. The mattress was on the firm side, which may be appealing to some but was uncomfortable for me. The bathroom in our room needs some minor renovations. It was clean, but some fixtures showed unappealing rust that extended down the tile, and the shower head sprayed unevenly despite trying different settings. As a personal preference, I disliked the use of cool lighting temperature in all the room lamps, which makes the room feel sterile. Check-in was a little slow due to a large number of conference attendees arriving, but the people working behind the counter were super-friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is steps from the main business district making it very convenient to dining and entertainment.

Our stay there was affordable for the amenities and service we received. We will stay again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Nice hotel within walking distance of town center and most restaurants/bars. Trolley to raceway makes a stop at the hotel and is free. Check-in was a breeze and service was generally quite professional. This was to be expected at a Hilton in peak racing season with an L shaped junior suite going for over $400 per night. I felt premises and room was generally well maintained but there was a tiny bit of mold on the tub caulk and tile grout in bathroom which was not taken care of during daily cleanings. Room was large and comfortable, but AC was uneven, especially at night. The L section where the bed was located was not directly in front of the blower and got warm, even as the main area with the couch remained cool. Might stay again due to location and modernity. Most of the other places seemed like quaint boarding houses with similar or higher prices.

We stay in Saratoga every year for the Dave Matthews Band two night concert. We’ve stayed in a variety of hotels in the area with no issues. This was our first time staying at this hotel and I am so incredibly disappointed. This is also my first negative review of a hotel ever.
First, guests cannot control the overall temperature of their room. I called several times and then went to the desk asking if we could have cooler temps as we were sweating and it was extremely uncomfortable sleeping temps. I was told the first night that I would have to be a vip guest and she didn’t have the ability to lower the temp. The next day, I was told it was turned down but it wasn’t. It was awful not being able to control the room temp. When we woke up Saturday morning, I noticed the bedding had what looked like random blood ish looking spots in various places that we hadn’t noticed. We asked for new bedding. That evening my husband started complaining about his neck burning and it appeared he was having a reaction to something. We are now both covered in bed bug bites. I did contact the hotel and they said they would call me back and I’ve heard nothing. I am so devastated and upset that we paid $1300 dollars for two nights to potentially have brought bedbugs home to our children.
Minor issues, the microwave and fridge didn’t work. The hotel didn’t have an area to get coffee. The staff was decent, that was the only positive. But please avoid this hotel!!!!!!!!!

The property offered the basics but was very run down and poorly maintained. Our room had a crack in a window that was literally taped with packing tape and a torn window curtain held together with safety pins. Lampshades were missing screws so they fell off, the A/C register in the bathroom was filthy. The room was sparse- our "junior suite" had the same amount of furniture as a standard room so it felt empty and they hung a few small photo prints on one wall by way of decoration. The restaurant/bar offers breakfast and dinner but no lunch, although there are many dining options nearby.
On the plus side, the location is convenient to the town center and the staff ave very nice (and apologetic to the condition of things). But seriously, this is not up to Hilton standards.

The hotel itself was great; however, they were hosting a junior prom, and many of the students had rooms. Not sure how 16 and 17 year olds were getting rooms, but they made lots of noise in the middle of the night which made it hard to sleep. Would love to come back next Mother’s Day, but hesitant that we will have a repeat experience.

The rooms were great & all but the service wasnt very good. We rented two luxury suites for a bachelorette at the same time there were kids staying for a prom down the hall. We were told multiple times to keep our voices down when we werent even loud and it was expected to have some noise from rooms with more than 15 girls. It was annoying when there were many underaged kids blaring music in the halls and in the pool at 3am, all while we were in our room “making noise”
