This is more an issue with Expedia than the Hilton. I got this hotel because it had an indoor pool and I was taking my kids along for a vacation. The pool was key to their enjoyment of the trip. However when we arrived we were told the pool was under repair. I had to rent a different hotel.

Charged twice for breakfast we did not eat! Breakfast is uneatable...rooms are small...beds are like big twins...so uncomfortable for a family of 4..beds are hard as rocks

The property was NOT pictured as shown in the photos the whole place was being redone! No breakfast was available although it said it was included, there was no lobby bar or even seating actually which would have been nice being we had no kids for once (I was actually looking forward to this after our day of events!). There were construction workers all over the place going on and out, tools being used, not cool! Renovations are all good and fine but the guests should be made aware! I paid just as much for this hotel as I would have for one that was not under construction! The service and workers were great not their fault so not sure who to blame here !

Protective plexiglass at the desk and the clerk wearing a mask were a good sign for COVID-19 prevention after we dragged the family to break a summer long shelter in place in beautiful Saratoga Springs and Lake George. The Hilton Garden Inn did everything they could to make sure we were social distanced in common areas; the place was spotless,we were made as comfortable as possible during our stay.

I only book hotels with pools, so that after traveling my kids can burn off some energy and we can all sleep. The pool was a major let down, one group of guests were already in it, maybe 8 people, there literally was not enough room for us to join in. Tiny does not begin to describe it. Photos on the website depicted a hot tub, that unfortunately had been filled in. Oh well, plan b was showers and a movie, it was hard to find anything on the tv, the shower was moldy. When the keurig didn’t work in the morning, coupled with a charge for breakfast, we knew this was not what we expected, especially with Las Vegas pricing over $300 a night, as we booked so close to our travel date. We asked to cancel our second night, they we kind enough to let us out of our reservation.
