Before booking I called 3 different times as my family has special needs. Long story short although I was told it wouldn’t be a problem, it was. Which made for a long check in full of disappointment and anxiety

Wonderful bed. Very nice breakfast. Would request this room again as we enjoyed it very much. No daily housekeeping or hot tub, as stated on property site, but request for fresh towels delivered promptly and lack of a hot tub just odd. Pool very clean. Had such a good time, children did not want to leave ~

It feels safe, with the police station just across it, the main strip is very walkable, family-friendly, convenient access to all shopping

It was awesome hotel for everything except that the parking fee was not mentioned at the front desk when checking in and checking out. I found out about the parking fee through other family after I checked out. When checking out they did not want to print the receipt but emailed me even though they did not have my email address. When I called them whey they never mentioned about the parking fee when checking in and checking out, they said I was supposed to know about the parking fee through hotels.com webpage. I never had this issue with any other hotels through Hotels.com in my past.

Everything was clean, the family loved the breakfast but could have used more vegan/gf options… Oatmeal one day was good but nothing gf the next day except fruit. Room was clean, mattresses a little too soft for our comfort. Was impossible to get ahold of front desk and house keeping had to call several times and even go downstairs (from 6th floor) a few times. They did accommodate a dif room when hotels.com messed up our reservation . But was not willing to change dates when our plans in the area got cancelled on us. Pool was fun but a little cold, hot tub Luke warm ish not hot. Staff was friendly and kitchen staff very nice.
